How to deal with Toxicity ?
There are several situations that come in your life and many thoughts that you are around that affects you emotionally. There are people who think a lot and affect there heart and mind and on the other hand are some who hardly bothers.
Being happy in all the situation is a myth.
When a person is happy from outside but not from inside, it acts like a slow poison for that human being that they themselves not realise even and results in something that we never want to get into.
Situations arise when between heart and mind it's difficult to decide and there is the situation rising when we just get stuck in the middle road and with all that confusion and sadness we just stay there still for a span of time.
Question arises, what do we do at this time with our fragile heart that's somewhere sulking inside !!!
So, don't just sit and think. Distract yourself from these people and situation and do what you love to do the most. Either pick a book and read something good, hold the paintbrushes and create something that even you never thought about or just dance and swirl your body like noone is watching you and just groove your soul, mind and heart.
Because we cannot do anything about the person or situation
All we can do is to ourselves...make a better version of ourselves in those difficult times and just make our inner soul happy.
