I do wish i could disappear

Ok so i had another depression episode and i literally ran straight to my old shrink and she gave me another set of medicines. It has been like 4 years since my last one.

So what happened during this episode:

- i cannot focus on my work

- i cannot comprehend my mind or formulate words to type in at work

- i had blackouts, i think i autopiloted one or two days

- i lost appetite

- i tried to calm down over DPR ian’s songs and his photos i took during his concert

- my bf was really patient with me and caring me the whole time

- my cat who doesn’t like to be touched, refused to leave me alone, she literally plop’d herself on my side

- i became one with my bed

- i refused to contact my mom

I think the world has gone crazy and it will be crazier. Or i will be crazier. I don’t even know. Good news is i didn’t do any harm to myself except smoked a lot of iQos terea until i coughed a lot.
