why do some ppl on edtumblr act like restricting is the only ed behaviour that exist?? like.. people binge too and there's no need to shame people for that. eating disorders are ILLNESSES and binging is a symptom. it's not a choice, and I'm sick of hearing people say shit like "well you binged so it's your fault". that's wrong. you cannot simply "choose not to binge", it's a mental illness. stop being rude and let people vent about their binges in peace, damn it

Wow it’s been years, since I’ve wrote anything. I’m 28 years old and I’m just reading through my first posts I started to make in high school on here and a lot has changed and some stuff part of me is still there and realizes im not alone. Well, now I come to realize a lot about myself that I did not know was happening then.... and why I am the way I am been through a lot too but I have a brighter outlook on things and express myself more instead of keeping it inside and having it eat me alive and feel sad. I am working on getting better it’s a process but not suffering in sadness and silence.

If anyone needs a person to talk to I’m here during this Corona period. Just know I’m here.
