This will likely become a hard stop rule, because I'm going to write giovanni as i like him to be, a villain. unapologetically, and not anyone to write off as harmless or easily beaten. I agree with rex that i think the executives can and will go toe to to even or maybe on top of trainers ranked as elite four, and i akin giovanni to a champion, a bit above them. he's not perfect, but i am going to demand respect for this character that means so much to me.
