I had a vision listening to this song and just ✨ this came about 😮‍💨 I’m pretty sure I’ve seen some posts talk about Sabezra and Orpheus/Eurydice before but ye (please link them for me to reread them lol 🙂‍↕️)~ I highly recommend the song it is so good 🥲💔

I’m forever hung on the moment of Sabine turning back towards Ezra, thinking for a moment she decided to join him. Until it’s shown that she then turns back to help Ahsoka afterwards. I can’t help but wonder if she yelled something up to Ezra in the split moments before she comes to Ahsoka’s aid… 🥲

Could Ezra have heard her say something from that far away? I’m sure the force would have carried her song to him or something ✨

As I was finishing up the sketch, I also thought of Ezra’s moment in the Rebel’s finale, with him not turning back when Sabine pleads for him to get out of Thrawn’s ship. Maintaining his resolve to see his plan through.

I need to read up on the Orpheus and Eurydice story again, but I’m sure there’s some connection there too, I think ✨
