Day dreaming about a Spock and McCoy working relationship where they also occasionally give each other a blow job and it's literally just a blow job and nothing more and they're just colleagues who kinda get along sometimes and sometimes don't but also there's a lot of blow jobs happening. Or McCoy has a too long day in surgery and his brain is too wired he can't sleep so he goes to Spock's room and Spock like "not now doctor, I'm working late." But McCoy's like, "doesn't seem like a me problem, keep working," while he's getting himself comfy under Spock's desk
Also when one of them needs help switching off the other discovers eventually that a blowie is your best bet. Like Spock has a disaster conference with some alien higher ups and McCoy's hangs back afterwards like, "holy shit they tore into you hard. best get on your knees now, sweets." And Spock'll bitch about it but he also takes McCoy deep and chokes himself hard on him.
Spock's technique is more to corner McCoy in his office or the lab or wherever he's working himself stupid and just presses up against him to show how hard Spock is. If McCoy's ignoring him Spock'll just take his dick out and stroke himself until McCoy relents and gets helpful
I do absolutely adore a sex before romance story tho, so natch this would have scene where they want to make out after a particularly emotionally-prompted blow job but don't and then go home separately and stare at the ceiling thinking about how the other's skin looks lit up by sunset it whatever.
I like to imagine Spock getting advice from some alien if the week character about if he has a crush or a fever (cos he can't tell) and she, very helpfully, goes, "try giving him a blow job and you'll find out" and Spock's just like. Sigh. You don't know how unhelpful that is.
Whereas McCoy just keeps hanging out with Scotty or Kirk and muttering, "I think I fucked up" and refuses to elaborate. Eventually he says it forgetting Spock is in the room and Spock follows him back to his quarters like, "if you think you fucked up maybe I can suck your dick again."
