You shouldn't take her lore seriously because it's just how my game character changed lol

But as I played she really did grow horns haha, then during the first winter something went wrong and she turned white.

If I think about it, there are two options here, since Kamomilla is not quite human. They either changed as a representative of their race (darkening and pattern on the nose plus horns), or changed due to magical influence from Caldarus (white hair).

The first year they calmly hid their horns under hats or a wreath, but in the second year this became hardly possible.

They also have a tail xd

If we talk about characters from the game, then she is closest to Valen and Hayden, and also for her own reasons she avoids Juniper. (Based on the previous sketches, you can also think that she turned white naturally because Valen herself is white lol. And this is about how to get closer to the object of affection.)
