everyone has things they're okay with in fiction but not irl, but do y'all ever have the opposite?

i don't want an eah reboot for multiple reasons (i think mattel would fumble it, there would be undeserved backlash no matter what happens), one of them being i can't think of anything that really warrants it. i would have to rewatch everything, but i can't think of any big plot lines that were left unchecked or outdated elements that are uncomfortable to sit through. reboots happen all the time of course, but i think eah is okay
