hey guys, an update. I've been struggling with keeping my game working for MONTHS after every update... It's a cycle of figuring out what's broken, Me fixing it for a few days/weeks, then back into fixing it. It's gotten to the point im fixing it more than playing. It's getting really frustrating, so I uninstalled sims 4. Maybe temporarily...maybe forever; im not sure. but its getting really hard to play and find the motivation to post, especially now that my library is somehow WIPED completely.... My game was Currently stuck in simulation lag. I can't interact with my sims but my sims were able to interact with objects. i worked on it for almost 2 weeks now, then i kept getting exceptions for other mods being broken/outdated every startup. I took mods out, and then it said it was a Cc object.... It was just downhill since i got the Adventure awaits update.... Idk, guys.... Maybe I'll see you guys soon?

Thank you for everyone. Who have been so kind and helpful, thank you for all the love given over these few years! This is hopefully not goodbye but a See you guys real soon. <3

Palais Vert a cc shell by moonwoodhollow Only fitting that I conclude this year's Berrys BDay Celebration with a build I already finished last year in April, but I'm happy to finally release it either way. Enjoy!

So what do you get?

Palais Vert is a 30x20 residential lot that is best placed in Nordhaven on the “Fisher's Horizon" lot in the Gammelvik. The house could potentially also look good in Windenburg.

Palais Vert has 3 main floors and consists of 4 apartments (change the lot to a residential rental, if you'd like to play with that feature).

1st floor: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 1-2 sims each.

2nd-3rd floors: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 2-4 sims each.

Uses items from the following packs: pretty much all packs, as I own almost all of them. // a tip; take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the pack icons to see what items I used.
