I don't know what's happening to me. I feel like I'm going crazy. I used to cut and someone brought it up, and since then I've been a mess. please help me.

First of all, don’t think too much.Take deep breaths and try to relax. You are going to be okay and no matter what you are going through it will pass eventually. I don’t know specifically how to help you because i dont really know what’s going on but if you want you can message me and vent. All in all here are some alternative for self-harm. Hi so I was hoping for some advice. I am currently on a fast (yes I know how dangerous it is) but I go to my dads on a weekend and we have either a takeaway or pasta. I really don't want to eat it and he'll tell my mum if I refuse it. Please help me, im really stuck

darling fasting isn’t the answer and I know that’s not really what your asking for but please just try to eat the food. I know that goes against everything but you don’t really have to eat everything. Just some of it. You need food to survive love and i don’t want you dealing with some major health problems later on and regretting the path you’re taking now. I know how hard it is to eat a single bite of food but please try for me at least and if you can’t do it I promise I’ll be there to help you take it one step at a time just message me x
