Lily: Already headed back to the Loft. It wasn't anything I couldn't handle. I'm a big girl, Slights, I know how to take car of myself.

Slightly: I'll assist you on that matter in the ambulance I'm sure I'll be calling.
Slightly: Lily, PLEASE be careful. Just get away from those boys asap.
Lily: If she'd just stop running off all the fucking time this wouldn't even be a problem. I'm gonna kill her. No, we're gonna kill her.
Lily: Relax, Slights, the day I stop being able to handle a group of guys is the day I stop answering to Tiger. It's never gonna happen.

Slightly: Silver got in contact, and she's fine. Looking for everyone else.
Slightly: Where are you? We're all heading back to the Loft.
Lily: Fucking hell, if Dyl is alive I'm gonna kill her once I get my hands on her.
Lily: That's a good question, mate, I'm not entirely sure. I tagged along on some lads night out, we're in some posh apartment. I'll find a way back soon.

Slightly: Text back if you're breathing
Slightly: Otherwise, I'm going to assume somebody needs an ambulance
Lily: Still breathing, honey, but I'd breathe a lot easier if I knew that Dyl and Silver were okay.
Lily: Any word?
Turning around, she smiled slightly and shook her head. Grateful that she was the only person at the bus stop tonight, she hated when all attention was on her and Lily’s impression of Jesse Pinkman would have done just that.
"Cool your horses, I’m not going anywhere."
"Maybe not," she replied, shoving her hands into the pockets of her leather jacket. "You were thinking about it though." Dylan was still too far away for Lily's liking. After the past few months of Dylan's disappearing acts, she was tempted to just sit on top of the girl until she finally accepted that she was staying put. "I'm here to tell you, do whatever you want, but know that you're stuck with me for life. I'm not letting you go."
Standing at the bus stop, she thought about how easy it would be to get on the next bus out of here and never look back. She could go anywhere, pick up the life she had been living where she last left off before Nibs had found her and brought her to Neverland. That had never been a life though, not really, it had been surviving.
That was what Neverland had taught her, that was what being apart of the lost boy’s had taught her and she wanted that back.
She wanted them back.
Lily was oblivious at the best times, choosing to spend more time catering to her own fun than anything else, but things with Dylan had gone too far. She wanted her girl back. And clearly that wasn't gonna happen if she kept having to track her down but sacrifices must be made for her best friend.
Reaching the bus stop, she heaved a sigh of relief. Fina-fucking-lly. "Yo, bitch," she yelled, trying to get Dylan's attention, "You think you could slink your fine ass on out of here and I wouldn't notice? Think again."
"I know that." He replied sharply, inhaling a deep breath before taking a seat on the couch and rubbing his hand over his eyes. His moods had been quick to change recently, a nice side effect of both his time in the basement and of Maggie being gone, but snapping at Lily wasn’t his intention.
"They already took me once. I know what happens if they come after me again.” Nibs’ voice was uncharacteristically soft as he spoke, taking a deep breath to calm the panic that seemed to always be rising in him recently. “I don’t know if he’s dead though. I ran off. Panicked. Didn’t think to- You don’t think to check.”
Lily raised her hands in surrender, leaning away from Nibs. It wasn't often they snapped at each other. Then again, it wasn't often that Nibs thought he had killed someone. The whole thing left a bad taste in her mouth. She had a pretty good idea of who he might've killed and she wasn't sure she liked what that would lead to. Dylan and Nibs had almost been lost to them forever, Chuck was gone. How many more of them would they stand to lose if things continued to escalate? She clenched her hands, wishing she hadn't just moved the last of her dust for the day. A little pick-me-up would've been nice.
Her blood ran cold as he confirmed her worst fears. It was stupid of her to think that this wasn't how things would end. Outright bloodshed was sure to be their undoing. She sat down next to him on the couch, her hand softly patting his knee. "I'd think not." Her lips pushed up in a fake smile. "You've got me beat, Nibs, the most I've ever done is knocked a bloke cold. Didn't check to see if he was okay either, but..." The smile faded slowly. "What do we do now?" This wasn't her side of things, she was completely out of her element. But they had to do something and she'd fight entire wars barehanded for the family that had taken her in when she'd shut the rest of the world out.
Normally, Nibs might have smiled at that, or even countered with a quip that Maggie would be too jealous to ever let him follow that true passion of his, but instead only a ghost of a smile graced Nibs’ face before he shook his head.
"I think I killed someone."
Lily's smile faded away, her heart slamming into her ribs. She'd seen a lot of things here, done things she wasn't proud of. But the news that Nibs might have killed someone had her feeling completely out of her depth. If he'd been that moved to violence, there had to be a reason. She just wasn't sure it'd be a reason she wanted to hear.
"You think you killed someone or you know? It's an important distinction here, Nibs. If you didn't and they come after you..." she trailed off, her mind going back to that terrifying time when she thought he'd died. "It's not good."
"So uh- I need to tell you all something…"
"Let me guess....you've decided that being a Lostie isn't enough anymore and you need to indulge your true passion by becoming a Fairy as well?"
"Sorry, I only kiss girls who don’t have bad breath." Dylan teased, the mischievous look in the other girls eye was unmissable. If you lived with someone for as long as Dylan had lived with the others, you picked up on there little quirks and that gleam in her eye was one of Lily’s more infamous quirks. "Life is for the living? Did you get that out of a fortune cookie or something?". Fun with Lily usually resulted in waking up on the kitchen floor of the loft, with some kind of breakfast cereal invading her hair and a hangover that lasted for weeks. "Always, but my fun is a little different to yours and involves breaking and entering rather than drinking and dancing."
"One day, Dyl, one day you'll be at the top of my conquest list. Just you wait." She shot the other girl a sly wink, licking her lips slowly. It was just a laugh for her. After all, what was friendship without a few lesbian undertones? No fun, that's for sure. She stumbled slightly in her heels, holding onto Dylan for support. "Advertisement in the news paper, actually, but good try." There was too much sadness around them. Everyone was growing up and being serious. This was Neverland, the place where you dropped your responsibilities in lieu of fun. Pain was supposed to be kept hidden, emotions dulled by whatever vice your heart desired. No one had been living up to that, but Lily was trying to start her own personal revolution. "We could do both. I'm sure we could find some rich prick to tell us where he lives and enjoy his trust fund."
Dylan glanced at the arm around her shoulder, usually she would have jerked her shoulder away but this was Lily, they were friends once or still were, it was complicated. She didn’t know where she stood with her, or any of the lost boys for that matte.
"Not as buzzed as you apparently. Is vodka the new breath mint?"
"Why, are you planning on kissing me?" She smiled up at her friend, her eyes twinkling with mischief. Leaning over, she pressed a kiss against Dylan's cheek. "I'm flush this month and everyone but Maggie is still around. That's a lot to celebrate." Throwing her head back, she let out a yelp of excitement. "Life's for the living, Dyl, so that's what I'm doing." She opened the bag slowly, pulling out her bottle. Unscrewing the cap, she took another sip. After wiping her mouth off with the back of her hand, she held the bottle out to Dylan. "Fancy some fun?"
Lily ambled down the street, brown paper bag clutched tightly in her hand. The trip for vodka had been an adventure to say the least. People were too stingy in this place, always trying to keep the good stuff for themselves. But she'd gotten it, premium vodka, and for nothing more than a little dust. Who said bartering had fallen out of fashion?
She turned a corner and bumped into a familiar face. They'd been having difficulties lately, but she wasn't above putting that behind her right now. Her loyalty ran deep, but her own little pick-me-up had softened the edges of her anger. "Hiya, pal," she said, swinging a shoulder around the other girl. "How've ya been?"
"Always." Silver grabbed her hand, spinning her around before she began to dance with her, laughing. It had been awhile since they had a little bit of a groove in the Loft and Silver was enjoying it, letting her hair down and partying with Lily.
Lily laughed loudly as Silver twirled her, enjoying the moment with one of her best friends. It'd been ages since she felt like she could cut loose with her mates. She bounced up and down, letting the music guide her actions. This was what she needed, time to be free.
"Napoleon, like the French emperor. John Napoleon Darling. But don’t you dare go around yelling my middle name. I am very sensitive about the subject,” he didn’t mind people using his other name, but he wasn’t used to them knowing. It was part of those little details that only a small circle of people were aware of. John considered that maybe it was irrelevant if he shared such bit of information with Lily. He was only feigning co-operation after all — he was having fun as well; considering he rarely indulged himself, especially in front of the Lost Boys. Or, at least that was what his father had wished for his children.
"I’m sorry to inform you that you wouldn’t be my "first" number one fan. It’s okay, though. You can always join the club, Tiger. Do you want to be the president? Vice president? Secretary? I would give the post of treasurer. Well, I don’t appreciate when others steal my admirers," at that point, John could not help but burst out laughing, even if he was about to address an important topic. "You see, Lily, I’m supposed to earn their trust and respect as a leader. It isn’t about being the coolest. What’s exactly your idea?"
Lily wiggled her eyebrows, "The Little Dictator. Suits you perfectly, Darling." She saved the information in her head, certain that it would come in handy sometime further down the line. After all, being able to middle name someone was always a treat, especially when most people didn't know what the middle name was. She would wager that many of her fellow boys had no clue as to what John's middle name was. Well, they'd find out soon enough.
Her lower lip jutted out in an over-exaggerated pout. "Fine, I may not be the first but I will be the best. I was born to be President of something, mind as well be your fan club." In truth, she'd been born for a lot more than that. But Lily was happier taking on a fake position in a fake club than managing the responsibilities that came with actually running something real. Her parents had pushed hard, tried to groom her for a good life in a big company. In the end, all she'd wanted was a place where she could almost be her own boss. "Okayyyyyy," she said, drawing out the word as her lips twitched with amusement, "But why be one when you can be both? Be the coolest leader ever and no one will ever forget you." Lily nodded her head, her smile fading fast from her lips. In her most serious tone of voice, she replied, "I think it's time that you start your own prank war."
Silver looked up from her paperwork, the music catching her attention as it came from the stereo. She grinned, leaving her pen on the table as she went to turn it up a little.
Lily's ears perked up at the sound of music. Things had been too tense around her lately, and she was glad that someone else was finally getting into the spirit of life at the loft. Putting away her latest supply, she headed followed the music, grinning as her eyes landed on a certain brunette. "Got room for me?" She siddled in alongside Silver and started moving her hips to the beat.
She couldn’t disagree with that. Her and Lily had been two of the original Lost Boys, after all. The numbers had grown - and now, they faded. She noticed it. Noticed how some of the people she knew had dwindled, whether it was to the other side of things or just out of the place in general. And she, herself, had thought about running. But she would have nowhere to go. “We’re still here somehow. Either we’re real smart or — I don’t know. We’re something, though. Definitely something.” And besides, if there was one person she knew she couldn’t leave - it was Lily. So unless she went, Casey would remain. “We’re in the same boat on that, then. I haven’t been sleeping well in at least a week.” Since she’d gotten back, really. “No rest for the wicked,” she teased. “- Or, in my case, for those with hurting hands.”
"Real stupid is probably more along the right lines of thinking. Have you see who we live with? Absolute idiots, the lot of them." The smile on her face took some of the sting out of her words. She adored being a Lostie, but she couldn't deny that they weren't known for making the best choices. They were a family of people who made the wrong choices and were always in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was what made them a lovable band of misfits. She wrapped her arms around Casey, resting her head on the other girl's shoulder. "I wish I hadn't been getting sleep for wicked reasons, it's been like four whole days since I've been properly laid. That's like six years in Lilylandia." She yawned tiredly, sneaking a peak at Casey's hands. "What happened?"
