Tends to strike guests??? TENDS to strike GUESTS? How often do the Lalondes have guests for them to tend to be struck and WHO is visiting them?? Please I Need To Know. Is this Rose exaggerating the number of guests they get with the 'tend'? Do they not get guests and this is Rose just being sarcastic/ironic about a part of her daily life that she knows is unusual?
