Wonder Girls. ‘Once’ the national girl group that brought the hook song craze in the Korean music industry with ‘Nobody’ and ‘Tell Me’. Member Sohee left and Sunye got married so they are currently on hiatus. Wonder Girls Yeeun(25·Park Yeeun) that is in her 7th year since debut and has experienced all sort of ups and downs has released a solo album with the stage name ‘HA:TFELT’. But the album is an issue. She could have been greedy to be #1 and tried to rediscover the era of being the national girl group and released easy idol music, but her music and performances are experimental to the extent that they give a fresh shock. The title track ‘Ain’t Body’ has an electronic base and the feel of a solemn rock ballad. As she says ‘There are many pretty women in the world but there is no one that will love you like I do’, the Yeeun from the ‘Nobody’ era is nonexistent. The stories also came out that she had conflicts with her company JYP Entertainment’s producer Park Jinyoung. “Park PD-nim just completely gave up at the end. He seemed to just be like ‘Try doing it however you want to’. I do know that it doesn’t have public appeal, but this is me. I can’t change it. I’m still young, so I have to just go for it.”

Within JYP, Yeeun’s nickname is ‘Female Park Jinyoung’. She is a female singer-songwriter that is rare in this country, but she has also fought a lot with the company as the representative of her members since the Wonder Girls days. The Yeeun that we met while drinking has an excessive amount of laughter, tears, and thoughts. This woman that even has enormous drinking abilities starts off with “Ah, I shouldn’t say all of this…” but says everything that she wants with clarity. Right about when Yeeun finished her first drink, former member Sunmi stopped by for a little bit and they reflected back on memories from their crazily busy and splendid teen years.
