“….Something that the rest of the world doesn’t know could be a threat.” He said bluntly, though he knew he couldn’t possibly defeat this creature in combat…. After all, he wasn’t that strong in reality….
Back when Gohan first defeated Cell…. That’s how strong Julian was. Well, slightly stronger. The point in history when Gohan first went Super Saiyan 2…..
Stronger than humans, sure…. but stronger than a Majin? That wasn’t possible. Not yet anyway. “What are you doing here?” He wondered.
“A threat? What, you think I’m gonna blow up the candy store or something?” She’d be a liar if she said the idea of someone seeing little old her as something threatening wasn’t funny.
“Why would anyone think a harmless girl like me could be da-” Suddenly she cut herself off, remembering what era she was in currently and who she could have been mistaken for. “Ohhhh, right, mister Buu…” Yeah, this was where most people forgot, but there had to still be some records the dragon missed.
“Let’s…. talk about this elsewhere, hmm? Ignorance is bliss after all.” The people around them were likely staring at them for yelling at each other, wondering why he was going on about ‘threats’.
He would motion for her to follow him outside the city before he began flying. “The people of this world are rather ignorant of so very much….”
“Now….” Once they were outside of earshot of the citizens. “I thought Majin Buu was the only one of his kind. I only know what I wrote down before my memory of the event was erased…. but he was one of the strongest beings in existence. You’re obviously calmer than he was. Just what are you?”
Since this guy was so intent on talking to her, she didn’t make any efforts to ditch him. Not like she had anything better to do, anyway! And besides, a random denizen of the past being able to fly was interesting! Buuut, then came that question. Oh boy, Mallow would probably get into a lot of trouble if she gave the straight answer to that, even if she was somewhere where only one person would hear it.
“Welp, I, uh.. I can’t tell you a whole lot, but even if I could, it’s a long story. This is age 774, right? Well, would you believe me if I said I was from age 850?”
