This is a post aimed at me and other people who constantly fall into guilt spirals over all the things they can’t do, and feel they should somehow magically be able to do anyway.

For me, and for the others, this is a gentle reminder:

- Posts asking for monetary donations are speaking to people who have money. Not your broke ass, still worrying how to buy food next month.

- Posts asking you to care about [extreme injustice of the day] are speaking to people who have energy to care. Not you, hanging onto your sanity by the fingernails. 

And, most importantly: posts telling you that you are horrible/cheap/awful/rude/unworthy/unlikable if you don’t pay/reblog/signal boost/care? Those posts can fucking die in a fire.

TL;DR: Posts asking for shit you are not physically or mentally able to give?

Jakei & Nyx’s Emergency Commissions

Hello everyone! This is not exactly a good reason to re-open commissions, but I’m doing this to help my husband, NyxTheShield. Here’s some context: Yesterday (September 25th), Nyx’s network (Routenote), demonetized his entire Youtube Channel without further explanation. Even if you can see some ads in  his music videos, he’s not getting any type of revenue, because there’s a problem with his channel configuration that he cannot revert manually. We immediately contacted Youtube and Routenote via Twitter to get an answer. This morning Youtube sent him an e-mail confirming this is an issue with Routenote, but they haven’t reached out to Nyx yet. We don’t know how long we have to wait until every single video can be monetized again. With each passing day, his income decreases, so recovering those losses could take a long time. Even if we count with my savings, it is not possible for me to use them all since I haven’t finished  my visa procedures in Chile, therefore, I cannot open a bank account to pay bills in this country at the moment. (Nyx’s paycheck is also way bigger than mine ;w;) 

This is why I have decided to put  Underverse 0.5 animation  on hold to open unlimited emergency commissions and cover Nyx’s daily income until Routenote decides to reply. All the money earned from the commissions will go directly to Nyx’s Paypal, so I’m just here as an alternative to help him out. Tumblr broke

Tumblr refuses to work on my default browser since the last update (posting this from Microsoft Edge). Unless they fix it anytime soon, I most likely won’t be returning to Tumblr.
