Just a reminder that you're a fucker
Yeah, but you love me for it, blondie.
wat do you cherish the most
My few friends, my video games, and having a warm blonde to hold me in my sleep.
Hello Matt; I'm Kumiko -holds her hand out- "its a pleasure to meet you"
Hi Kumiko!
It's nice to meet you too.
Well This Is Strange.
“I don’t smoke, and only play video games casually. And you never worked to begin with. Not that you needed to. Besides, in this place, everything you need is provided. There’s always chocolate when I want it. Have you checked your room? You might find a game and some cigarettes there. “
Mello glared at his best friend.
“That comment was a knee jerk reaction to this place having everything I need and want, as well as getting me out of a very bad situation…”
"W-well, I do," the ginger mumbled. "Those are some of my favorite things to do."
Matt hadn't even thought about checking his room.
As soon as Mello made the comment, he scrambled around the room and started looking through drawers, finding a few things of interest and grinning as he found each item.
Well This Is Strange.

“Eh…it is comfortable. And…what else have I got back in our world that isn’t here? And I got rid of Kira and Near to boot. Maybe this place isn’t so bad. Shit, unless this place doesn’t put us through hell, why not think about staying? I mean, do you have anything to go running back home for?”
Mello knew that was a selfish look on things and regretted saying it almost immediately. Maybe when stated that way, Matt and Mello were better off here, but they weren’t the only two drawn to this hotel.Other people here might have families, reachable goals, and who knows what else they were forced to leave behind.
Sure, that was their problem, not his. But…considering he was the heir to someone who fought for justice and what was right even if it costed him is life, Mello could not honestly say that he could support the powers of this hotel if it meant keeping others from their lives.
“…That was a stupid thing to say. Of course we should figure out how to break down this place. Shouldn’t have even said that…what was I thinking?”
The ginger simply gazed at the blonde with his mouth wide-open as soon as the words "why not think about staying" fell out of his mouth. Was he actually being serious?
"Mello, this place has no video games, no gas stations to buy cigarettes from, and no jobs. Why would you even want to stay?"
Well This Is Strange.
Mello rolled his eyes at his best friend’s hugging; not that he didn’t appreciate it.
“Get off, get off, d’ya want people to think we’re queer?” the blonde snapped, a smile still on his face; Mello hoped that was enough to let the gamer know his affection was still appreciated.
“I guess you’re right, Matt. We’re stuck, so we’d better make the best of it. I for one, will continue to try to find a way out…”
With that, the blonde pulled out and unwrapped his customary bar of chocolate and snapped off a piece.
“So…this is our new place, eh? Not so bad…”
"And I'll help you try to find a way out, and provide any sort of catalyst or distraction that you need," Matt nodded in agreement.
The ginger looked around at the apartment, carefully for the first time. "Yeah, it's pretty well decorated, ain't it? I didn't even realize, but for a hotel, this is damn nice," he said with an assuring smile.

[ It's kinda funny that I'm answering these random character questions when I already have a Matt askblog. ]
do you have any favorite video g ames you like to play? any favorite consoles?
My favorite games are shooters, racers, platformers, and some MMO's.
My favorite consoles are my 360, my 3DS, and my PC.
Is there a brand of cigarettes that you prefer over others
I'm not picky. I like menthols the most, though.
Well This Is Strange.
“If there’s a way out, it’ll be you and I that find it. Unless that damn cottonball shows up here to ruin my life; in which case he’d find it just to so I’ll be miserable,” Mello replied bitterly.
He knew his friend was annoyed by that old rivalry; he’d been listening to it for nearly a decade. In truth, Mello hated putting his friend through it, but there was little Mello could do about the awful pressure the anger at the unfairness of it all caused in his chest. So he just let it all out in bitter, angry words.
“Damn it, Matt…I’m sorry…”
He always felt a twinge of guilt in talking to Matt about his insecurities. However, he didn’t think Matt would ever understand the value of having someone listening to his bullshit. Matt just quietly listening was like a shot of Novocaine to his troubled mind. Although some people might think so, Mello didn’t take Matt for granted nor was he ungrateful. He sighed and leaned against his best friend.
“We’ll get out of this…I promise…”
"It's fine, dude. We just gotta stay composed and positive, yeah?" Matt smiled over to his best friend, standing up from the leather seat and pulling him into a tight hug.
"We'll find a way to make the best of this," Matt whispered to him, holding the blonde close to him.
Well This Is Strange.
“Well, alright then. This place looks quiet anyway,” Mello replied.
Despite the fact that the hotel looked reasonably normal, there was a strange, dead quiet about that would make a normal, living human feel uneasy.
“…Matt. What exactly is this place? You know my affiliation with Catholicism, even if you don’t approve. Basically, this place gives me the fucking creeps…”
The redhead looked over at the blonde as he asked his question, getting a cigarette from his box and putting it between his lips as he grabbed his silver, square lighter from his pocket, flicking the lighter and lighting the cigarette as he began to speak.
"Essentially, this is a hotel that we're supposedly 'stuck' in. From what I can tell, there's no way out," Matt explained, breathing smoke through his nose as he puffed on the lit, thin stick between his lips. "That's just from rumors, though. There may be a way outta here that no one's figured out, and I'm sure you and I could do some searching around and find some things that no one else has."
Matt took a long drag from his cigarette as he relaxed in a leather seat, blowing the thin smoke slowly between his lips and looking over at his best friend, watching his facial expression carefully as he processed what the ginger had just told him.

Goddamnit.
“Sure, sure…” he replied nonchalantly, getting comfortable himself in the chair he was sitting in.
“You just don’t make your injuries worse, shithead. Get some rest…”
The redhead nodded and wrapped the covers around himself, drifting into a deep sleep.
Goddamnit.
“…How bothersome.”
Even though he was verbally annoyed, he walked in and sat down in a chair as Matt got ready to sleep
Matt smiled over to Accelerator as he got under the covers, getting comfortable.
"Hey... thanks for taking care of me, Cel. I really appreciate it," Matt said quietly, smiling to him.
Goddamnit.
“I can leave if you want. If you want me to stay, I could do that, too…”
“Not a big deal either way…”
"I'd appreciate if you stuck around for a bit more. Let's go to my room, eh?"
Matt turned and walked three doors down, getting his key out and opening the door slowly, stepping inside with the albino behind him.
Goddamnit.
“Haven’t seen anyone around…except for that blonde chick.”
“But that doesn’t mean no one else is here.”
Accelerator followed the redhead, walking a respectable distance behind him
"Well, I guess we will."
The ginger walked over to the albino's door and stood in front of it, waiting for him with the key.
"Do you need to watch me a bit longer?"
Goddamnit.
“A4 or some shit. I can’t remember. Not like it matters…no one else ever comes in my room,” he replied curtly.
“Pretty much keep to myself. Always have, and I suppose I always will…”
Matt nodded as he stood up and walked towards the hallway with the albino.
"Yeah, I'm 3 rooms down. We both have 3 roommates too. I wonder who yours are?"
