Okay so just some things to keep in mind for people who aren't familiar with court filings and the legal process:

1. Settlements don't really say anything about the merits of a case. All it really says is "this is what we both agreed to so this case goes away"

2. The Plaintiff's Complaint is always going to favor the Plaintiff. Because they are written by the Plaintiff's lawyers. No, the lawyers can't outright (knowingly) lie to the court but there often is a vast, vast amount of wiggle room between objective reality and lying to the judge

3. Haven't checked if discovery was completed or available to the public but these court filings? The Complaints and Answers? Keep in mind that they're all written by lawyers who have a vested interest in making their side look as good as possible
