COUNT TILL 50 VIZUALIZE THE NUMBERS AS YOU MEDITATE AND LIKE GET NUMB THEN GO DOWN/BACK FROM 50 TO 40,30,20,10 VIZUALIZING THE NUMBERS IN FRONT AS U COUNT AND WITH EACH STOP SAY/THINK : "IN 40/30/20/10 SECONDS ILL BE IN MY DR" AND WHEN U GET TO 10 THINK REALLY WELL ON WHERE YOU ARE GONNA WAKE UP LIKE THE LOCATION IN AND THEN COUNT TILL 1 AND SHIFT AND IF IT TAKES A BIT JUST TELL YOURSELVES THAT YOU ARE THERE

It got me to a void state where i couldn't feel my body anymore and it was just my thoughts so i chickened out and started thinking of where i was in my cr to get grounded (dumbass i know)
