There will come moments in your acting career when you feel like throwing in the towel...In those moments, focus that passionate feeling that washed over you when you decided to be an actor...feel it...swirl around in it... Then, pull a "Dory" and choose to "Just keep swimming"... http://on.fb.me/1LUGU8U
Do you feel the same way as Anne? What kind of roles are YOUR favorite? What do you do to challenge yourself as an actor? http://on.fb.me/1NbUAYy

"Have you heard "Acting talent may only account for 7% of the reason a particular actor would be cast in a role”? Truth or a 100% B.S.? Find out here... " -- My Comments : If you're in this crazy business of entertainment, and have seen those ridiculous articles misinterpreting 3 amazing Casting Directors (Randi Hiller, Paul Weber, Christian Kaplan who were kind enough to donate their time and deliver amazing content, only to get completely misinterpreted by the press who latched onto this "acting talent accounting for 7%" of casting" soundbite and freaked out the acting community... Will you help me put this madness out of its misery by reading this blog and sharing it if you find it valuable? Thank you my friends. :-)

As an actor, you are part of an industry that has the power to inspire and move so many people...sometimes with memories lasting throughout their whole life. Think about it. Haven't movies been a part of your life and your memories since you were young? What was your favorite movie when you were a kid? http://on.fb.me/1xQ11cM
Burning passion for acting is at the core of what you need to drive you toward success... But you also need to create a plan to get you there (so you're not just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks). That kind of NON-plan will keep you stuck and struggling. Take your passion and couple it with a plan and you'll be A LOT happier and more successful. Got it? http://on.fb.me/1FlI8WU

Casting Directors can recognize your talent, but it doesn't naturally translate to film without some specfic adjustments that probably feel funny to you. But if you don't make these tweaks to your technique, you'll never make that jump to film. Here's how you do it (this is the part where you go and watch the video audition tip now ;) For more awesome tips, subscribe to my private email list at: http://bit.ly/1o2IaVE http://bit.ly/1FeMJtT by TipsOnActing
