I tried for Inktober a whole half year ago, and got precisely this far. I think I got over-ambitious, considering I was drawing these in the downtime at work when I was on a project with insane timelines.

I don’t think faeries are mammals, so I see no reason why they would have hair or defining gender characteristics. Fight me.

More exploration for my halfling ranger, Fennel. I’m getting closer to finding a compromise between leather armour and the flexibility necessary to draw a bow. I hate armour that way. 

The second set of drawings I was starting to get too far into “human” proportions, but I think they’re still useful in terms of costume exploration.

Next set will include her costuming with as many of her bones and trophies as I can manage to include without losing my mind entirely.
