A bit of yapping but this is basically the Hal version of Heat Abnormal which is a song made by Iyowa and sung by Adachi Rei (and Miku as well) ! Heat Abnormal is about someone's last thoughts before the end of the world, which appears to be listened to by Adachi Rei through the tape. Since she's written as a robot (in her lore), I decided to draw Hal instead, because... he's an AI I guess ^^.
