we celebrated baby's 1st birthday!

can you believe she's 1?! for those of you that have followed my pregnancy journey, it's still surreal that I'm a mom to a daughter. time truly is a thief. I love being a mom, especially a girls mom. we are twinning in outfits and I have a mini bestie to shop at target with me usually with an iced chai in my hand and a Starbucks cake pop in hers. being a stay at home mom is truly a blessing as I have taught and witnessed my baby rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and soon she will be walking.

my first Mother’s Day is this weekend and I can tell it’s going to be amazing as I’ve had such a great week with all the self care I’ve had

shopped for some new clothes, I’ve been into matching sets lately. I finally got to do my nails, listening to a romance/thriller and the star of the show is my new MacBook Neo! My last MacBook was when I was in high school (like it had a CD slot). That thing was over 14 years old and it just finally retired about 6 years ago? Just wouldn’t turn on anymore so this little cutie was meant for me 🤭

We extended our backyard patio and I’m so excited to place an outdoor rug and buy an outdoor dining table and a new lounge patio set!

We love hosting and wanted to renovate the backyard, installing an outdoor ceiling fan and a pergola is next.

I love a productive day, especially when baby sleeps in til 10 and is a happy baby all day!

I was up by 9am and enjoyed my coffee in peace. We got out of the house which ended up in shopping for home decor and ofc cute outfits for baby. Ended the day at one of my favorites enjoying a bruschetta board and wine ✨

It’s our 6 year wedding anniversary ❤️ and here i am drunk on a bottle of wine for lunch 🥂

6 months post partum and I cut my hair and got rid of the blonde and added some red. This blowout feels amaaaaaazing 😍

P.S, I also gifted myself these cute bear pjs from Walmart. They have the cutest prints out right now by the brand No Boundaries if any of the girlies are looking for some soft comfortable pj sets. I’m thinking of snagging another print, like the red bows for Christmas.

This was early November when we closed on the house! We’re official homeowners now and it tugs my heart to know this is where my baby will learn to crawl, walk, run, play hide and seek and write on walls ❤️

It’s December!! Bring out the seasonal drinks and Christmas decor! 🎄🎅🏻🔔

It’s my first Christmas as a mom and my baby’s first Christmas, although she won’t remember it, I will.

Now that we’re in the new house, I’m slowly investing in holiday decor for years to last. It’s been quite a splurge but I’d like to think I’m done shopping. Hopefully I’ll remember to share here soon.

Oh and we’re also hosting Christmas for the first time! I’ve got a lot of planning to do.
