i need stranger things season 5 to put mike and Will in a SITUATION. put them into some high stakes, scary stuff and make them work together. let Mike gently wipe the blood off of Willās face.
let will half-carry mike with an arm around mikeās waist and mikeās arm around Willās shoulders while mike leans against him.
let Mike pick up the nearest random object and try to use it as a weapon. let will self-sacrificingly jump between Mike and a creature. let Mike freak out when Will gets knocked out. let will rest his head on mikeās leg.
let will use a gun!! let Mike have a gay crisis about Will using a gun!! let us have both of them sitting somewhere together covered in blood and the upside-down is starting to get to Will and heās shaking and so mike puts his hand on top of Willās like in the s2 superspy scene. bonus points if Will mentions that being back in the upside-down makes him feel like heās going crazy & Mike says ācrazy together,ā and then not only places his hand on top of Willās but also holds Willās hand.
give us guard dog mike watching over a sleeping will, similar to the sleepover scene in s2!! give us mike eventually falling asleep on Willās shoulder while will stares at him softly!! give us will ripping up one of his flannel shirts to use as a bandage for mikeās leg!!
i personally am on the fence about whether or not I want Will to have powers but it does open up the opportunity for āWill over-exerts his powers too much despite mike telling him not to & Mike catches him when he inevitably collapsesā
give us mike and Will in the upside-down version of mikeās house, dnd table still set up exactly as it was on the day Will disappeared. let them each jokingly roll a d20 and somehow they both roll a 7, but combined thatās a 14, enough to do a fair bit of damage.
let Mike say something about how he never should have let will leave that night, never should have let him go. let Mike tell Will that heās never going to let him go again.
