My voice is fucked from the crying and wailing

But I have only cried once today, and it wasn't a therapy day, which I usually feel better after so that is a huge thing for me! I have spent most of the day not in horrific pain!!

Its only taken decades of therapy with tens of professionals, and nearly 8 months of expensive EMDR, plus various other therapies and I am starting to feel like I can be someone who is okay.

I want to be loved by someone other than just me though. Even if I don't *need* it 😓

I very much love this artist and how they work. That they mix mediums, that they have developed such a different style over the years, and the volume of work they do. They are on insta with a lot more work now
