Hey,how are you doing? Please, do you take smut fic requests?
this blog is an archive & abandoned but..i don’t even write fic so i’m not sure why you would think i’d take requests.
okay i should have done this prior to rebooting but i foolishly thought cleaning it out would be easier but there’s like a million posts so - i’m archiving this blog and restarting with the same url @titanomyrma so refollow me!
Do you know what my chopping block's for? Do you know what my hanging braid's for? Do you know what I, what I have in store for you?
a letter is slipped through the door, a pristine white envelope trimmed with gold, cursive ink on the front - no address, simply Claire Redfield.
upon opening, it is a simple white card, embellished with a decorative gold leaf and violet border. written perfectly in the center -
i hear hawaii is nice this time of year.
and nothing more.
steve:
every fiber of his being yearned for it, wanted it. this normal life that was just out of reach. for every inch he took forward to that goal, Alexia threw him back two feet. it was a twisted push and pull of a current that eventually would only go one way. her way.
“stop.” it was a threat that edged on the tremble of plea, a whisper so sharp it might have slipped right by the woman if she weren’t so keen on the boy’s reaction. this is her game she plays; the chess pieces align once she collects each one to the board. but where are the other pawns? steve can only surmise, dread, and worry.
not one day he didn’t think about claire. not one day he didn’t think, at least in fleeting, about rockfort and the prison. the bars that surround, that cave inward like the virus’ cage from the inside out to warp his bones and mind. but it wasn’t claire’s fault. she thought him dead. he did too; maybe it would have been better that way.
“what are you doing here? what do you want?” some part of steve already knows. it’s almost a snarl if it weren’t so quiet, bending his volume to keep their conversation from echoing up into the staircase. his hands are shaking at the railing, clenching knuckle white where the smallest of whines strain from metal beneath inhuman power.
what do you want? she wants the world. she was promised it. but when it comes to steve? the answer has always been the same, no matter how many years have passed (it’s not something she keeps track of. time doesn’t move for the two of them. relics of the past, alexia more so.
revenge is a dish best served cold, and over and over she gets it. steve took what was hers and paid the price for it - but there was no love behind it, no thought for alfred. and now, after all these years, there’s no rhyme nor reason to it. only that steve belongs to her, reborn from veronica, and she cannot let him go.
she watches him struggle, and her smile is sharp enough to cut right through his armour. waiting for the snap. she’s a part of him now and forever will be. at least, until she’s had her fun and disposes of him - and she will.
she approaches ever-so-slowly, the click of her heels a impending threat. he either kills himself, and leaves the redfields unaware of her. he either helps her find manuela, and she kills him, but leaves another to suffer his fate. there is no ending to this story where the hero survives.
“i just wanted to check in on you. make sure you were behaving yourself.”
steve:
this has to be a fucking joke.
he’s already suffering under the woman’s gaze. it was as if she set a fire in veins so hot it sears frozen; a biting antarctic swell that has Steve struggling to not look like a deer in headlights. it had been NICE without her, it had been PEACEFUL. maybe he could have had a normal life again, maybe he could have just kept under the radar of the others and disappear back into society without a hitch. he’d even managed to get himself an apartment. but Alexia— Alexia’s here. everything he strives for, everything that came to be, may as well be swallowed into her toxic roots.
“crawl back to your damn hole.”
a hiss of breath drains free, teeth baring. ( GO AWAY. ) she’s caught him leaving the complex, a building deep inside the threshold of the city. it was easy to blend in. but it’s not fear that holds him in place, no, it’s the shaking rage already beginning to bubble from the pit of Steve’s stomach. he clutches the metal railing that leads down the stone stairs and into the open streets.
life was already cruel. and the monster doesn’t get to be a man for very long.
"now now, steven. that’s no way to talk to a lady. what would the neighbours think?”
it’s less of a question and more of a threat. if he lets his anger get the better of him, there won’t be a complex, and there she’ll stay. pretty little doll all dressed up. any onlooker wouldn’t realise which one is the monster.
it’s for his own good. no one is ever going to accept him, if alexia has her way, and oh how she’s told him that - even when he sleeps, long nails pick at his brain until there’s nothing but her words left there in his subconscious. the taunting jabs, the reminders, the manipulation of his memories until all his dreams are blood in the snow and claire, sweet claire, leaving his body alone in the dark.
she tells him, over and over - claire went back to the prison for moira. didn’t come back for you though, did she?
“what did you think would happen? you’d get a job? find someone to settle down with? make some friends?”
her laugh is venomous.
steve
it’s a game she likes to play. after months of a tight leash, she vanishes, leaving him alone and frozen in time. the slightest hope of a normal life - of a life at all - and freedom within reach. steve can never truly escape her gaze and she is always watching, it’s in his dna, the hum of veronica and forced bond between them.
he should consider himself lucky. every male exposed to veronica has withered into insanity.
she waits until he’s adjusted to life without her, and reappears, the witch coming to collect her sacrificial lamb. snatches the hope from him and devours it, feeds it to the insects rooted in her ribs.
“did you miss me?”
redoing my blog slowly.....
its 2018 and people still hate steve burnside for being a traumatised teenage boy who was imprisoned for his father’s crime on a base literally designed after a concentration camp who watched his fellow prisoners be tortured and experimented on for months because he flirted with claire (he was 17, she was 19, the age difference isnt a big thing) and generally other than being playful (your knight in shining armor is here!) all he ever did was say he loved her (and if we count DSC, which we dont because it ruins everyones personality chris and claire included, and i barely remember it bc i block it out my memory, he stares at her ass once - in the original he’s actually looking at her face)
you dont have to see their relationship as romantic but she certainly cared about him stop ignoring that

while the cat is away, the mice will play.
he knows better than to think the cat stays any away longer than just a few moons – doing who knows what, across the seas and enchanting her thorny fingers around the necks of high brow societies. it’s any wonder how she’d not been in the news at least once; perhaps a few glimpses on the internet in candid photos of fanciful soirees with the rich, but nothing more.
it left a bad taste in Steve’s mouth.
A JOKE. she was playing them all, and no one was the wiser except those unable to lift opposition to the shadow puppeteering. all this, for the people Alexia wanted to wipe out or enslave, like the Queen ant to her drones, her pawns. ( didn’t she just want to live with this chance the virus gave her? didn’t she just want to have the normal life that she’d never gotten as a child? ) and he- just a rotting echo in the backdrop of a few displaced memories and unfortunate instances. the luck of the cards, since Rockfort, had never been once anything but dealer’s choice.
swallowing, the redhead bridges the gape between them in a few hollowed steps in the kitchen that she never used. the manse was like a dollhouse, each corridor filled with culture. falsified. Steve leans harmlessly against the granite counter-top, gazing dubiously at the Ashford woman. just being in the same room fires off emotions collective of wires being crossed. rage and serenity, fear and loathing – a twisted manifestation of other things that cause the boy nothing but emotional whiplash.
in a tepid approach, he speaks. “so uh.. what’re you making?” it’s an attempt to not carve straight into the real reason she summoned him into the room. Alexia Ashford doesn’t cook. or does she? all Steve knows is the gleam of that knife, chopping up some kind of unfamiliar vegetable. still. the knife remains.
Never in her life has she attempted to do something so mundane, so pointless, as cooking - that’s what servants were for. Even now, there would be little point. The servants bring her food, and she attends dinner parties and plays along if only to maintain the facade. No matter how expensive or exquisite the food, it tastes like ash. Rotten and dusty.
She does not move, but her gaze fixes on Steve; peering from the side of her eyes, and in the light, the faint yellow glow that tints them. Unnatural. His thoughts are always in her head, and she finds them....childish. That glimmer beneath all of his attitude, the hope that remains, the curiosity - didn’t she want the normal life she never had as a child? Impossible. She was not born but created, not a daughter but a clone of a woman centuries dead. Her heart was black and rotting before it began beating. There was no normal life and no concept of it.
How could she want what had never existed?
One with a death wish may think dear nosferatu still had her in his chains from the grave. His legacy of failure, but beneath it, the legacy he had left behind - what he’d done to these children.
“Irrelevant.”
Again, she remains still, but tilts the blade in her hand - angling the light just right.
“You are getting too brazen, Steven. Your attitude is...causing problems. Are you hoping for a saviour? They would not spare you from their slaughter, child. Remember, you too, are a monster.”
by Melania Brescia
As Alexia was the success, the prodigy, from a very young age she realised what she was meant to be, what was expected of her, and began to manipulate her brother. She does not love her brother (or anyone but herself) - she is incapable of it - but believes she does. In truth, she loves the attention he gives her, how he serves her without question because she has trained him to do so. Over the years she has learned to control him, a practised manipulator when it comes to her twin knowing each and every way pull at his strings to get the desired effect - misery, guilt, fear, adoration.
It’s likely she suffered from ASPD in her youth; harming animals - notably insects as seen in the film of her and Alfred, harming her brother both mentally and physically along with several of the servants in the Ashford Mansion, a lack empathy and an inflated and arrogant self-appraisal, as well as irritability, aggressiveness and deceitfulness - even using sexual desires of others to gain her ways (though she herself is asexual and a virgin), promising these things as a means to get what she wants and never fulfilling those promises. Lack of empathy, inflated self-appraisal, and superficial charm are features that have been commonly included in traditional conceptions of psychopathy and may be particularly distinguishing of Antisocial Personality Disorder. This was only exacerbated by Alexander’s demands of her and the work she participated in for Umbrella when she was still a child - her outburst about the revelation of the twins birth too, leading to her first torture and murder of their father. The self-volunteered fifteen-year stasis she entered at age twelve left her with a very immature mindset (despite the exceeding intelligence) of a spoilt little girl - I want it and I want it now. Everything she does is selfish, a means to achiever and further her own goals. Despite the faux-affection she gives to Alfred and Steve, notably, it is abusive and can be seen as gaslighting. Reaffirming the fact that she does care is nothing more than a way to place the blame for her acts on other people rather than herself, telling constant and convenient lies as a way to ensure this. She does act like an abusive partner when it comes to those in her company, and despite Alfred not being in the best mental health either, the years of abuse from his sister could be a form of stockholm syndrome - whilst she was in stasis, Alfred’s mental state severely deteriorated - leading him to believe he was Alexia - due to the sudden disappearance of his abuser, as seen in the diaries and files he left on Rockfort. There is a very high chance of her being a psychopath, and it is likely she’s aware of this given her background, but has received no clinical diagnoses - or a diagnosis for anything.
Her attitude towards Alfred is one many abusers take on (Isolating her victim, unreasonable expectations, blaming the victim, causing emotional dependency, self-glorification), and the fact her actions were deemed correct by her Father (who saw Alfred as the failure) left no one to intervene. Usually, An abuser is also driven by a subtle and primitive sense of fear - she can only see from an egocentric perspective and will lash out when she sees no other options. The victim, however, such as Alfred - tends to be an emotional anorexic. Starving themselves, allowing themselves to be starved and then gorging on whatever comes their way only to feel guilty later - a sense of not deserving what they have received. With Steve, however, her affections are far more aggressive - fully aware that he does not want this, and in forcing him (through the use of his mutated form, which cries out for it’s mothers love against his own desires) or simply abusing him into submission, is a way to exert power and domination over her victim. This can also be seen in how she treats Manuela and the Redfields - especially Claire, whom she never physically harms if possible, instead harms those around her - those Claire loves, in order to use her own emotions and love against her.

family reunion with @titanomyrma
“You haven’t missed me terribly, have you Alexia?” He asks of her. “If so, than I may scream.”
His words carry softly, made of equal parts theatrical, facetious play and dramatic, serious expression. He has taken his medication, however, as per her request and so there will be no screaming… Alfred simply loathes causing her discomfort is all. Her, his mirror. And oh how apropos that statement is, the two of them seated across from each other, their posture each a startling copy of the other. Perfect & poised. Doll-like even, with fair hair and fairer complexion.
Only she’s whole and he’s broken.
Try as she might, she can’t fix every crack left behind. The damage has been done and it can be seen everywhere outside of him. The way he smiles, false from practice with too many teeth on display. Or in his eyes; watery, weak, and prone to manic displays of emotion he’d been told to repress. Alexia loves him in spite of obvious shortcomings, however, and it earns her his loyalty. Or tried to… That was what mattered.
You never were very smart, were you?
“…Was your research interesting? I’d hate to think you were bored, gone as long as you were.”
"We wouldn’t want that now, would we, brother?”
Her smile is cruel in it’s beauty, unsettling in the way her lips curl - as if she knows all of his dirty little secrets, and she does. She sits with one leg over the other, hands folded neatly in her lap, gaze fixed on him.
A perfect image of symmetry.
For all his failures, Alfred has been loyal to the end and then further still. It’s the way he’s been conditioned, and for a moment she wonders if he will ever realise that. It matters little either way, her claws rooted deep inside of him - he would rather die than disappoint her.
“Indeed. Some of it I believe may be of interest to you. I find myself regretting the fact I never had the chance to see you command Rockfort, but Umbrella never appreciated you. Not like I did.” Her hands unfold, neatening out her dress, before folding once more, “I would like to rebuild, however, the more pressing matter at hand - the Redfield girl still lives. Unaware, and I know how you enjoy your games.”
dear "anyone" (aka me)
dear …
dear steven,
how you loathe the bond that connects us - yet, it would be a lie to believe that you are the only one unhappy with this outcome. you were not a proper specimen for t-veronica, and you have nothing to contribute towards it (as with most men, i find). you are reckless, ill-behaved, stubborn, unacademic, weak. it was merely convenience that you wound up this way.
i did not expect you to survive it.
the men, often, do not. as with nosferatu, the body lives on but the mind is torn asunder and yet you remain in control of yourself - for the most part. there is no escape from veronica’s grasp, but you are not a shambling corpse. you should be proud of that, if nothing else. you should be grateful.
it is no secret that you hate me. as any boy does with his mother, but do try and remember you did this to yourself.
rockfort was not my domain, for i was in stasis whilst the prison was constructed. i had never met your father, nor cared for his crimes. if you had fled, i would have been non the wiser - but you came to my facility. you murdered my brother. you woke nosferatu - did you know, he was my father? that’s two members of my family you murdered. not quite a knightly deed, is it?
i know you believe you can find some way to escape this fate, but how you forget - i know everything in your head. i know every step you take. there is no cure for what you have, and no matter how much you try to ignore your new gift, you will never be free of it.
i know, too, that you would rather die. but then what of your damsel in distress? who would protect her?
she never came back for you, steven.
i did.
Dear *anyone*,
dear …
dear annette,
apologies i did not write sooner. you understand how busy things can be, and how much of my attention is taken up by the facility. things are progressing well, as expected, and the company is as dull as the scenery. not that it was ever to my standard, you understand.
your letter was unexpected, but i should have foreseen it. you are not often given the respect you deserve in your facility, surrounded by men who think you weaker, and though our conversations were few, it is...pleasant to find the company of a similar-minded woman.
i imagine william is overjoyed at my new position. such a fragile ego he has - i truly do not understand your affection for him. i wonder - how many countless hours did he waste of your time, unable to comprehend that i am far better than he could ever hope to be? that umbrella are aware of this? that his accomplishments mean nothing when compared to mine?
do not think i am unaware of his childish antics, nor your attempted defence that i am just a little girl.
regardless. if i were you, i would direct my attentions elsewhere. your talent is squandered in raccoon city, and william does not appreciate you. if you would, i would have you here, in antartica.
that man will be the death of you, one way or another.
