Rare Zine: LocA #3 Photocopied Magazine from 1995

Undated, but references to Jerry Garcia’s death, Michael Jackson, and OJ Simpson appear to date it at the second half of 1995. Mailing address was located in Monterey Park, CA. Staff on the masthead include Felicia Dominguez (her title is Queen), Dave Matke (Art), Eileen Lucero (Photo Girl), and Mike Randle (Editorial).
