Guy Frisby is so little mouse to meee.
Also, Philip as a bat, because they’re animal with a bad reputation that are actually really neat (also I like them).
I haven’t been feeling very inspired lately, so I decided to try doing a redraw of a beautiful illustration I found in my research from a book called “Curly. An actor's story, related by J. Coleman” published in 1885.
During my archive browsing, I found some neat illustrations, where ghosts are rendered with white lines on a black engraved background and wanted to try it myself.
I got my very first Ko-Fi commission a few days back! I’ve literally had dreams about waking up to an art commission, so I almost couldn’t believe it when it actually happened. 😭

David Martelo hours! When I first read Band Sinister, I started out picture him as an old professor type, and then had to amend that image when he turned out to be Amanda’s love interest. 😅
Some character art for a story idea of mine. It’s about a pair of Euro-Spy/James Bond style henchmen trying to retire without being "retired" by secret agents or their capricious boss with his mad plans for world domination.
Changeling my 10-year-old, dragon obsessed self.
Guy and Philip in the garden. There's just something about characters wanting desperetly to touch each other but being unable to...
My designs for both Guy and Philip has changed a bit since I drew this, but I still like all the plants I drew.
Getting back into swing of things, and making sure to stop and stretch frequently ✨
I messed up my drawing wrist couple of days ago, so I haven’t gotten much work done. Don’t forget to stretch!
In a Swedish kids song, a troll mother ties her babies down by their tails to put them to sleep. I like to think trolls do that a lot and it doesn’t hurt.
Sample illustration for a children’s book idea of mine.
I'm obsessed with the portrait sitting scene in Band Sinister.
I took inspiration from shoujo manga, as well as Classical architecture, for the frame around Philip's eyes. Also had some fun with flower symbolism in the last panel.
Working on my digital painting skills. I've been in a folklore mood lately. This is another classic: Näcken, a water spirit that lures people into the water to drown them. Often seen with a violin.
Acko the wolf shifter. He prefers to stay in wolf form as much as possible. He’s a serious but friendly person.
Check out my ko-fi if you want me to draw your OC! (link in bio)
One of my favourite moments from Band Sinister.
