Some fascinating things about the Licorice Sea I think about sometimes…

First of all, Dark Cacao stating the sea was not always Like That and the oozlings were something not naturally from here but rather something that invaded from Beast Yeast a long time ago

A great sage with a purifying staff seemingly dying out at sea but no context further for who this is or why they were sailing out there for (maybe they were trying to travel to Beast Yeast for something? Or maybe they planned on using their staff on the sea?)

The depiction of these giant serpent creatures in the sea on the map despite it never being relevant in the story (the most recent depiction of it on a map is in Ovenbreak which doesn’t reference these serpents at all)
