New headcanon.

I think one of Mia's parents is Spanish and she's spent significant time in Spain as an adult looking for her father. She's perfected her own versions of certain Spanish dishes. She can be a bit of a snob when it comes to "good paella." And Charlotte's daughters love when she gets up early on weekends and makes them churros con chocolate.

Carly has definitely played the newest Taylor Swift album (at least a few songs) to every staff member. Consequently.....

Charlotte recently got 'Wood' stuck in her head and sang it /at/ Mia on a staff night out. Thankfully Char, Aut, and Mia were the only ones at the table to witness it.

I head canon that Autumn was the biggest Spice Girls fan when she was young. When she was upset Reece and Mia would begrudgingly learn/preform the dances from their videos with her, like good older siblings.

(I've got a couple of one-shots -- one written and one outlined -- that digs into this a bit more, if you're interested I might be persuaded to get those two posted quicker and come up with a few more...)

I like to believe that the nursery family becomes more and more a proper family as time goes by.

Carly is always Marjorie and Reece's work daughter, except the 'work' prefix slowly falls away through the years. Raising the twins heals something in the Knight siblings. Holidays and quiet nights in with Char's daughters heals Mia. The whole family joining around them heals Siobhan and helps her to move on from the trauma that Roger put her through as she continues to grow more comfortable in her place as Jamie's mum. Sorcha and Clodagh don't ever worry about Quinn being an only child because she has not only her Irish cousins but also her nursery 'cousins' and there's hardly a week that goes by without some large gathering of children.

The family dynamic becomes more real as one-by-one the kids grow into adulthood and find that the "OG Knight trio" (Aut, Reece, and Mia) have a small trust fund for each of them to make sure they all get a good start in their adult life.

I'm a big fan of the fanon that under the hoodie and the Jets jersey Sorcha is actually very muscular and covered in tattoos.

I was telling a friend who only knows TNN by the snippets I've made them watch and when I told them about it they said 'oh yeah, I have a headcanon that Sorcha was a gymnast.'

Now I can't stop thinking of Sorcha as even more jacked than before because she spent years and years training on the uneven bars... 😏

There's so little TNN content here I may just start spewing opinions and fic bits to see if we can't spark something..... in that spirit, Messy by Lola Young feels like a very Carly Morgan song and I can't decide if I think that's canon or not. Thoughts?

Where’s the nursery nurse content? I’m way too invested with mialotte to not talk with people on the internet about it
