There’s something so cosmically tragic about spiders running towards humans to seek shelter in their shadow.

They have no idea we’re humans. All they see is the shadows we cast, so they run to us because we symbolize safety and security. Then, everything they have ever known to be safe is the very thing that kills them.

How could they possible comprehend something like that? How could anyone comprehend something like that?

i've seen an astonishing amount of people continue referring to Jax as male despite the fact that tadc has now confirmed Jax is transfem. It's totally fine to simply not like Jax's character, and i think it's a VERY warranted complaint to say that tadc was too Jax-centric; but that doesn't give anyone any right to continue misgendering her. We've been referring to Jax using he/him since 2023, so it's totally understandable to accidentally mess up her pronouns when speaking to someone, but you should always correct yourself and others if the mishap is noticed. Choosing to continue calling Jax a boy or avoiding her correct pronouns because you don't feel "ready" to use them yet is seriously transphobic and extremely rude.

Edit because i've had a couple of people inform me that Gooseworx said fem or masc pronouns are both fine for Jax: i would rather respect Jax and use her correct pronouns.
