I've really been wanting to share face claims that I have for Aphmau characters (though it's definitely more for my rewrite and stuff) and I'm finally going to do it! Disclaimer: Most of these are just how a character's face looks. Skin, hair, and eyes do not apply to these faces. Now that we've gotten that out of the way... I'll start, and I think it's only right we start with the main girl herself.

Aphmau Shalashaska (Although I've finally settled on Avra for my rewrite)

• She is chubby in my rewrite, but in Mcd she has more defined muscles. Her weapon of choice is also an axe, but that's a story for another time.

• She also has the markings Rebirth Aphmau has, I wanted to work them in somehow since they have potential.

• Short haired Aphmau...

Garroth Ro'meave

• This picture is much more a representation of Mystreet Garroth, but that's fine.

• Garroth mostly looks like his canon counterpart in my rewrite (aside from a few scars...he totally doesn't get a marching eye with his brother at some point).

• I could see Chad Micheal Murray playing PDH Garroth though... (Cinderella Story anyone).

Laurance Zvhal

• Listen, I once came across a post that was face claiming Laurance with a picture of Taylor Hansen (I believe) and I saw it too well!

• He is very Laurance, I can't explain it.

• However, his is very brunette Laurance... not ginger Laurance. If that makes sense?

Dante Zalas

• This is season one Dante (for mcd), he'd be looking a lot older in season two.

• Dante in season one of mcd is very baby faced to me for some reason, I can't really explain it (maybe it's because I made him nineteen)?

• Dante with brown eyes...am I the only one?

Katelyn Killam

• Although my Katelyn is much more muscular and has short hair, this picture felt very Season one of mcd to me. Katelyn is ethereal looking too.

• On the topic of my Katelyn, she has a burn scar on her face (Do with as you will).

• She has gray eyes in my version too!

Aaron the man of many last names (I fluctuate between a play on Lycan & Saber)

• This is him in Mystreet. In mcd, he'd look a whole lot hairier and a whole lot sadder.

• He looks a little older too, however that's more because of anguish & stress.

• Aaron definitely has grays in my version of mcd.

Travis Valkrum

• I have a lot things for MCD Travis that would probably be their own post, but I'll do that another time. I'll start with little things for now. Travis has vitiligo!

• He's mixed and is actually one of Sasha's cousins (however that's more so stated in my version of mystreet).

• Since Travis canonically shapeshifts, I thought I'd make him Gender fluid, although he typically prefers he/they.

I thought I'd do Aphmau and her knights (although Aaron isn't technically her knight). I am open to showing more of my face claims for characters (I have a ton of them). I'm even open to posting some of my reimagined version of mcd on here. I only have 11 episodes/chapters done. If anyone is interested in that...Tell me?

Y'know, it's kinda weird how all the racially ambigious characters are whitewashed, but the ones who are very obviously Black are pretty ignored in the fandom.

Since only one of Katelyn's brothers has been shown (as of current) what does everyone think the other ones are like? I'm curious if anyone has any idea of what they could be like?

This is likely impossible for Mermaid Tales, but I wanna see the human characters use the soul echo. I'm pretty sure the soul echo works by body swapping. Aphmau & Zane are switching from their variants. I wanna to see Aaron & Laurance swap. I wanna see if it works on them...

I'm genuinely curious on what would change for them...also, theoretically. If Laurance swapped with his mcd counterpart...would he have the Shadow Knight abilities? The same goes for Aaron and his mystreet counterpart. Could Aaron turn someone into a werewolf in mermaid tales?

I'm finally gonna do it! I'm gonna watch My Inner Demons all the way through. This is probably my fourth-ish attempt, and I've really began wonder who Ava is gonna end up with?

I'm curious about this, since Ava isn't Aphmau and none of the guys are Aaron, so it's genuinely making me curious. My bets are on Ava and Asch. Ava is the main character, Asch is one of the main people driving the plot, it makes sense.

Yet again, Ava isn't Aphmau...so really...she could end up with anyone? There's still a surprise with Ava. Her romantic partner isn't predetermined. Ava might not even have a romantic partner (I don't really see that happening though).

What are your thoughts on this? Honestly, what is everyone's thoughts on my inner demons in general? Where do you think Season Two is going?

I watched the 15th episode of mermaid tales! I'm so happy that Laurance is apart of the crew! Oh and Lumi is back! Which is gonna be fun...

Discussion of Mermaid Tales Ep: 13

I love how almost everyone on Laurance's Crew is wearing or just have some form a green. Laurance has a brand and he's maintaining it. Good for him.

Oh, and this episode is 36:18. It makes sense why this episode took so long to make. I wish there was more communication, but It makes sense why it took so long. I'm being fed now.

(My opinions after watching the whole episode)

I liked this episode. Aphmau did try to do some stuff, I don't exactly like that she was still mostly just crying this episode instead of trying to do more, but it's okay.

I want to know what's going on with the Wolf girl more, and I think that'll happen after this episode. Oh, and I like Zane's new form, but curious where his look comes from. Since I'm pretty sure The Soul Echo swaps people. I'm really curious which Zane he is. I'm also curious if he's not blind in one eye.

Laurance! He was so close to meeting Aphmau semi-properly, and I would of enjoyed that. I think when they actually met though, Aphmau should of fought him a little more. Aphmau doesn't know him (yet), and he's trying to hold her back. She should of kicked and screamed to get away from him.

I believe when the wolf girl showed up, she disintegrated people. She might of disintegrated Captain Stone or whatever his name is, but that guy also destroyed a whole wall by himself. So who knows. Oh, and she was teleporting...which reminds me The Alter/Void. She's probably connected. I don't think she's the void exactly though, from Void Paradox, it's stated that Void doesn't speak and doesn't want (At Least personally). Wolf girl speaks and wants to have Aaron (For some reason, maybe to kill, maybe to not). She's most likely connected the void though. That teleportation is suspicious.

The music guys! Dancing Mad is my trigger. It wasn't an awful music choice, but I definitely felt like it was a bait for the audience. Whenever you hear Dancing Mad (At least as Mcd/Mystreet fan) you know death or at least something bad is happening. I don't mind that it was kind of used as a bait though. Which I noticed though, at the very end...there was a clock sound. Now, that could be brushed off, but! It sounds exactly like the bells you hear when you enter The Irene's Dimension. That's suspicious.

Oh, and I'm excited for Laurance to be joining the crew. That's at least what I took the ending for. I've been waiting for Laurance to the join since he was introduced in Mermaid Tales... hopefully that actually happens...

Response to @terriblechickenhousebuilder. With how useless Lily is to the plot of Mystreet. It makes you wonder why she was even included. I feel like the only good thing that came from her existence was the fact that Lily and Ivy are cousins.

(spoilers for Mermaid Tales: The Black Lullaby [Ep. 12]?)

The first part of this is something I noticed, it's also the major spoiler part. At the end of episode 12, when the wolf mask girl is looking at a burning build... there's a familiar tune. It's background music that is used in Minecraft Diaries, more times than I can count! The wolf mask girl, might be more connected to Minecraft Diaries than first assumed...

The second part, I saw a video today that was looking at the map of the Mermaid Tales world, and I saw something... something suspicious. One part of the map kind of looked like the map of Ru'uan in Minecraft, here I'll show what I'm saying...

It's not an exact familiarity, but the shape of the circled areas are suspicious. It could be a possibility...

What do you think though?

I think I'm finally gonna talk about this (warning: Rant)

For a long time now, I've been thinking about Garrance. Now, I don't necessarily hate the pairing, but as of recent, I haven't vibed with it.

It was severely troubling me too. I used to like Garrance, and I can still see the potential. Why now though? Why change my feelings now...but I think I've figured it out.

Laurance is almost always mis-characterized when it comes to Garrance.

Now stick with me. I know this isn't always the case, I mean, I wouldn't be seeing the potential in Garrance if it was, but Laurance is very often feminized to an extreme point in fanarts, or even fanfics?

That's ridiculous for me to say too, I mean...come on, it's Laurance Zvhal. He would probably wear a dress just for the fun of it, but how Garrance feminizes Laurance, just feels off.

I realize this is probably just a problem with Bl and or Gay ships in general. I am a fan of Izuku x Katsuki after all, I know how this works. The taller more seemingly masculine one gets to be the top in the relationship, and the less tall, maybe more in touch with his emotions one gets to bottom. And that type of dynamic gets applied to Garrance a lot in the fandom. Now and back in the day (or at least from what I've observed).

I am a big fan of Laurance's character, and I'm rather interested in Garroth's character (Well, I also despise the man, but in the way you are kind of supposed to based off of his actions). It just leaves the bad taste in my mouth to see the characters depicted that kind of removes all the flavors from them. I think Garrance has the potential to be a good ship, but as it is now for most works? It's left me rather un-interested, and I kind of fear the idea of it becoming canon too at least in my street, Laurance in my street is rather a blank slate of a character, so he is very likely to morph into fanon Laurance in the Garrance pairing, unless he gets some late into the game development (which I hope he does)

I think why I've held back on sharing this opinion is because it's not fully formed (but I don't think it ever will be) and the track record for talking about ships in the fandom. Yeah, most people have moved on from forming fledged attacks on someone who doesn't like their ship, but I've still had that thought in the back of my head. Honestly, this is only the beginning of my opinions on some ships (don't get me started on Gene x Laurance, or do, I wouldn't mind), but what's your thoughts and opinions? I'd love to hear them.

I didn't wanna draw a background. I apologize for not doing the last two days, by the end of the day, I was extremely tired and couldn't think of what to do, so I ended up just falling asleep, I'll try to think of something for tomorrow, but it is Halloween, so I'll probably be a little busy
