Hey Knight Rider fandom, have some bloopers if you haven’t seen them already.

So I know these are bloopers but like…..you can’t tell me some of these wouldn’t be in character for Michael Knight. The man is a total chaotic good, he would absolutely forget his walkie talkie and be dramatic about it, he would struggle picking up a calf (those suckers are 70-80 lbs when they are born they really strain your back). I know he is supposed to be the knight in shining armor (or shining black Trans Am), but the man is also chaotic good not lawful good so let him act up. Let this man dramatically fall/struggle out of a barn, sometimes heroes aren’t graceful.

Also KITT low key threatening Bonnie, I know it’s OOC but I think it’s funny. (I see he secretly has a slight possessive nature when it comes to his partners….hmmm I just might have to put that to use).

One final thing, I didn’t know they damaged so many vehicles holy lord. Some of those landings are terrible I hope David’s stunt double got paid a lot for that.

The MVPs of the Monster Association Raid

Looking back at the arc, this cover gets another meaning. These are the heroes most responsible for the defeat of the Monster Association. Because nobody does it on their own.

The photobomb of Drive Knight booking it to safety is a nice touch. Also, Murata, why did you steal Genos’s clothes?

I haven’t forgotten Garou.  His backside is lovingly rendered, but I would argue that it’s all Very Necessary.

I should have clarified that I’m looking at Murata’s more gratituous drawings.  LIke…

…Fubuki’s boobs always have this magical uplighter on them. No matter how she’s actually lit, there they are lit like two mangoes in a photoshoot.

Seriously, for a guy Murata loves designing clothes for, Murata seems to look for every reason to take Genos’s wardrobe away, at the least convenient times. Oh no, a cockroach punched him in the face and so his shirt flew off and his trousers turned into culottes! And worse… I was very amused when Murata ran out of excuses and just drew him naked for no reason at a photoshoot.

So, about the bucket of items Saitama is carrying...

Are these the only salvageable items he found from inside his apartment that he thought he could immediately use?

No doubt his entire apartment got completely flooded and trashed around, so all the items got massive water damage, flushed away or plain ruined and broken up. Such as the tv he probably saved a lot of money to buy, his laptop, furniture and all the dishware. Cast iron pan, metal hangers and game boy would be sturdy enough to survive...not clothes though.

Saitama found his house, but managed to find even less salvageable items despite having help from Genos than his WC counterpart, because of the apocalyptic Psykos and Tatsumaki fight.

It's no wonder he's moody and walks with heavy, downtrodden steps and acts meek towards King because he expects King to be pissed at him for not taking care of his items and just renounce their friendship then and there.

The one bright spot was that Genos is ok and was with him on the item hunt and even cheered him up...and then he had to go as well and Saitama won't know when he returns.

I wonder if Saitama even remembers he could get 2x S-rank bounty reward because he does not have a habit of announcing anything he does. If he does not, he cannot claim it. Ofc, maybe someone also...conveniently forgot to give him his bounty reward...just like how he has no beeper.

If Forte and gang start to pester Saitama too...they probably won't know what hit them if he actually snaps back.

Yeah, the destruction of Saitama’s property is pretty comprehensive. If it’d just been an earthquake and the weather had stayed dry, he could have gotten many of his clothes, papers, maybe even some electronics if they’d survived.

As is, I guess he really is down to metal objects. Not only has stuff been entirely inundated, but it’s been submerged in the mud and salt water for over a week (at least).

It’d be nice if he could get a reward for apprehending the ninja pair but... we’ll see. The Hero Association is notoriously stingy and they tend to do rewards in terms of ranking and commendations rather than cold, hard cash.

Stingy HA means him and Genos have to essentially rely on Genos' funds for a bit because Saitama just lost all of his cash and I doubt HA is going to be paying his A-rank earnings anytime soon.

Heck, Saitama's bank got destroyed too. Does he even have a bank account left? He has to make a new one doesn't he? Just to get deposits. I don't think virtual access to bank accounts exists yet in opm universe since he had to go to physical bank.

Someone might pull a fast one on him too and just not give him any of his earnings retroactively because there's nowhere to put them and they don't have cash.

If he can't get deposits and not get any cash...he's really shit out of luck and completely reliant on Genos' income to manage.

Who knows how much of Genos' actual savings got washed away too...

Funny that...Genos had something to say about taking in a dog and how much it costs to upkeep them too...I'm not sure he's happy with the situation.

That’s just not true.  Even tiny local banks have off-site record back ups. It’s been the case for over half a century now: banks have been the first adopters of servers and continue to be to this day.  You don’t joke with people’s cash. Any bank capable of taking in Saitama’s salary from the HA will have record of his deposits. And that’s before we get into deposit protection schemes, which guarantee that no matter what happens to your bank, your deposits are safe (up to a certain limit).  Never mind a place like OPM world where disasters really are something people take in stride... nope, not happening. Can’t buy that.

What we do know Saitama hasn’t done is that he hasn’t deposited the 10 million Yen (that’s about 67,000 USD at today’s exchange rates) that Genos gave him. Sure could have used it now, huh?  I bet too that he’s never bothered with contents insurance... although to be fair, it’d be very hard for Saitama to persuade any insurer to write him a policy for where he lives. 

Genos is fine. Other than actually believing in banks, he’s got access to very deep... and very indulgent... pockets. You should look up the costs of prosthetics some day, just for shits and giggles. IRL, a fully-powered hand costs north of $100,000, forget about weaponizing anything. The cost of being Genos necessitates access to serious wealth. That’s how we can see Genos  thrashing a 100K car like it’s a boy racer, getting a personal submarine because he can’t swim, and paying Saitama an eye-popping amount of money as rent because that’s his idea of what’s reasonable.  If Saitama needs some financial help, that’s not a problem.

Saitama isn’t much of one for handouts though: whatever he can do for himself he will. It’ll probably take a while for him to start feeling whole again.
