"This, is Private Property,Victoria.”
[ She was pretty sure Her parents had organized a treaty with the woman and her family, and the Argents. But the Hunters were still hostile towards her family, and her Mate.Something that worried her since she was being prepared to lead the pack. ]
"Oh really? Must have missed the sign." Victoria smirked, her leather jacket shifting as she raised her arms and held her palms up defensively. "I come in peace, Talia. Since we're both going to...be the heirs of the pact out families are making, I thought we might as well talk it through. You know it would be a shame if one of us disrespected it."As much as she tried to hide it, it was easy to see the huntress was amused by the situation. Talia couldn't hurt her anymore, no matter how much she taunted her. If the she wolf succumbed to her instincts the hunters will be all over her pack, and the future alpha couldn't risk it.
"What do you mean Santa isn’t real?"
"What are you, eight?"
[ Cracks her back. ]
"That's much better."

"I don't hate you. I don't even know you!"
[ Most of the time, there were no others out here at this time of the night. The only forms of light were the cold circle that hovered above and the blinking stars that decorated the dark night sky. Even some of the trees that filled the area could come across as menacing with their gnarly branches. It was highly unwise to come out this far with something as attention grabbing as a flashlight. The bright light was capable of alerting danger to the whereabouts of the one who was in possession of the item. When creatures with sharp claws and large fangs lurked in the dark, it was of great importance to one to attempt to remain as invisible as possible. It generally meant little to no conversation as that which could be heard could typically be seen as well.
Of course, there was no one for a particular young boy to talk to this night. One of the souls who did not fall into the ‘most people’ category. He walked ahead in solitude and did not dare to create too much sound. His sky reminiscent hues were focused on what was to come. The part of the woods that had not yet been covered by his boot clad feet, that was. His right hand held tight to a single gun that was just waiting to be made use of at any given moment. Lips remained pressed together as the chill that danced in the air caressed his cheeks. Soon enough, he was broken from his concentration. Apparently, he had accidentally taken a wrong step and split a fallen branch in two as a result. In turn, it had alerted an unfamiliar girl to his presence. He could not say that he was uninterested in learning about who she was, but he could safely assume she was out here for the exact same reason he was. It was what the recognizable weapon she currently had out in front of her suggested. Not considering her to be a threat just yet, he kept from mirroring her action. ]
”Easy with the gun. I’m not here to hurt you.”
It would have been easy for her to shoot, but she didn't. Whoever the stranger was, he was obviously startled. His body language quickly told her he had no intention of attacking. If he had been a werewolf under the influence of hone full moon, he would have transformed and pounce on her just at the mere sight of the weapon. Slowly, and with her eyes set on him, Victoria lowered the gun and placed it in the hem of her pants once again. There was silence as she inspected him, trying to be sure that she had done the right decision in putting her guard down. Hazel hues them travelled to the ground, taking a careful step towards him. Their distance required them to raise their voice to speak and Victoria couldn't take any chances considering she had already allowed her tone to rise previously.
"Victoria," The huntress said, extending her hand politely. Who he was was a mystery but what he was was pretty obvious. Wondering around during full moons in the middle of the night wasn't exactly a common behavior. He had to be a hunter. The frail looking teenager had heard her parents discussing meetings with another hunter family in the area. What was their name? Right. "You must be related to the Argents," she commented bluntly; subtlety not being a virtue of hers.
"––––– Sorry I haven’t introduced myself yet, I’m Allison.”
She offers the girl an apologetic smile. When she finally returned home, Chris had told her that he was taking the stranger under his guidance. However, Allison felt like there was something familiar about her.
"Vicky."
The girl extends her hand as a polite gesture. It was strange to be in a new house when you remembered little to nothing about yourself. Chris, the man who gave her shelter said he knew her family but he changed the subject whenever she asked about them, saying she wasn't ready to know that yet. Perhaps Allison could help her. But first. Victoria needed to know if huge trusted her.
"Your dad said he would be back later. Something about a work meeting."

"Have you ever seen anything so wonderful in your entire life?"
"Hurry home, princess."
"Look at me, wasted away to practically nothing."
"Isn't it obvious? She's in love."
"Relax. Don't be such a guppy."
"I just don't see how a world that makes such wonderful things could be bad."
"What is that girl up to?"
"I tried to stop her."
"I don't deserve to live!"
"Darling it's better down where it's wetter take it from me."
"Why don't you got tell my father? You're good at that?"
"We mustn't lurk in doorways. It's rude."
"One might question your upbringing."
"Not that I blame you. He is quite a catch."
"Poor unfortunate soul."
"They dote and swoon and fawn on a lady who's withdrawn. It's she who holds her tongue who gets her man."
"Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?"
[ redheadedscreams ]
"Hey! You dropped this."
“ How’d you get in there in the first place?”
"Let's just say I forgot to look for traps before I put one foot in front of another."
"Yes, it is, but, I told you to let me take care of it on my own."
"Right. Because you're obviously the werewolf expert here."
❝I can feel it——Something isn’t right.❞
"I figured that one out long ago."
"Oh god that looks like it hurt. Are you okay?!"
"Totally fine. I'm fine.
You didn't see me roll
down the stairs, okay?"
"..."
"Okay. Who are you?"
"I told you to let me handle this!"

She wasn't good with people, she had never been, and that was partially the reason why she hated moving. Victoria understood perfectly well why her parents needed to keep on the move. They were hunters, after all. They finished with their pray in one place and then followed a trail of another, bringing her along like dead weight. The fiery young girl had pleaded her dad to let her help, but her refused saying she was still too young to be a part of it all. Victoria disagreed; she was perfectly capable of taking care of herself and others. That was exactly the reason why she was now walking slowly in the forest. A bright full moon shone above her, a gun tucked in the hem of her pants as she stepped into the wilderness.
Everything was quiet and still, almost too quiet. Then she heard it, the snapping of a branch right behind her. Not thinking about it twice, Victoria whirled around, pointing her gun in the direction of the sound. "I already know you're there!" she said, "Come on!"
