So sad to see you leave😭 but at the same time I’m thankful that you’re alive and well and moving on to something you can be happy with. Your Happiness series with Mino, was some of the very first fiction I found on here and it opened up a whole new community to me and I’m forever grateful. You even graciously answered my inbox questions and that was truly nice for a newbie as i was then. I wish you the best in your future stories.

Hi All!

In case you haven’t noticed the minor changes here, I’m here to announce that I will no longer be writing and posting any of my KPOP scenarios. 

Following the death of my old computer and the loss of most of the original docs I had for the fics on my blog and the WIPs I was going to post, I also began to fall out of the KPOP fandom in its entirety. I still listen to songs casually but I’m disheartened to say that my level of investment has just dropped . There were a lot of scandals and issues and events that contributed to my disillusionment, but above all else it’s become increasingly harder to come back at write when I have other projects that keep my excited and actively inspire me to continue and finish them. So I kept quiet.

And another reason for being quiet for so long as also been because of my hestiancy to announce this since I didn’t want to disappoint people who were invested with my scenarios, nor did I want to be the fic writer that just abandoned their work (even if they were already lowkey abandoned).

So with all this being said, I am officially stepping away from these fics and will be deleting my blog in the near future. I just wanted to come on here and say goodbye, and to thank the people who supported me when I first started posting. It really meant a lot to me, all things considered! I was in a bad spot in my life and your support was enough to keep me going. I hope that I was able to give you something similar with my stories, but for now - this is where we part. 

That isn’t to say I’m not writing anymore! Especially for the people who found me on AO3! I’m still writing there, but I am officially focusing on my works there and on my other upcoming projects to be posted. So please do not worry, this is just a disconinuation of my KPOP fandom works

I’m so sorry if this announcement has disappointed you, but I’m doing what I feel is best after so many years of going back and forth on this decision. I didn’t want to do this but I also didn’t want to leave so many of you in the dark. 

Thank you again for all the support you’ve given me, and please keep staying safe in these trying times. We might not cross paths again but please know that I’m so very thankful that you even gave me just one moment of your time.

hi anonie! im really stoked that youve been enjoying my AO3 work, it really means a lot to me! about the MCs meeting (and hopefully not give out a big spoiler) Writer-chan has met Owner-chan from LAOAT! and i have plans for a few other interactions between the MCs across stories. 

a side story with all the MCs meeting would, objectively, be hilarious though... so.. i might have to play around with that. could you imagine how, sassy, everyone would be oh my god thank you so much for this idea.

Hi I just wanted to say that I just read A Thousand and One Nights and I’m literally tearing up. Like this might sound corny and cliche, but I’ve felt super empty for the past couple of months and reading this fanfic made me feel real emotions for the first time in a long while. Usually, it’s just apathy all day, every day, but I felt something akin to genuine delight. Thank you. I’m thankful you wrote this story and I’m so thankful that I had the opportunity to read it.

I first wrote that story as a way of working through the rough patch of my life I was going through, so while its not the exact same circumstance I’m glad this story was able to help you in the same way it helped me. I’m very honoured that my work was able to give you something positive in a time when the world is falling to literal shit and good moments are hard to find.

If anything, thank you for reading ATAON and sending such a wonderful message. I hope that one day that apathy will fade and make way for more moments of happiness and joy in your life, because you deserve nothing but the best. Hey writer-chan, I've just finished reading "A thousand and one nights" and :O It was amazing! I really really like the development, the plot, and the detail you put into every scene. I aspire to be as eloquent and sassy and writer-chan one day ;-; Just a question: What are the steps to stop being an ass? I know the first one was honesty, second transparency, fourth was acceptance but I'm not quite sure what the third one was (or if there were more)?

hi~ so i literally binge read A Thousand and One Nights last night (didn’t get to bed until almost 3am) lol but i wanted to say how much i love the story. how much i felt like i resonated with the reader and oikawa and idk, something about the story just touched me on a whole different level than most fics or books do. you’ve become one of my favorite writers and i hope one day, i’ll be able to physically hold a published book of yours if you do intend to become a published writer

why has nobody mentioned the fact that in australia there are 3-4 months a year where everybody just accepts that they’re going to get attacked by magpies. It is literally called “swooping season” and these birds will fly down to peck your fucking face, and people get their eyes ripped out and shit, it’s fucking brutal.

My teacher had to go to hospital and have surgery because of swooping season. It was in the parking lot of school and all the kids would do a mad dash towards the car as the magpies tried to kill us.

Interesting thing about magpies - they’re not great at identifying individual humans visually, but if you make yourself identifiable in some way they’re usually open to reason. We used to have some very aggressive swoopers in our back yard - as soon as they realised that the humans *inside* the fence never bothered them and were the source of the delicious compost heap, they turned into flying black and white guard dogs who would viciously assault any passing stranger but never bothered anyone inside the yard. Several times they swooped at us when we approached from outside, then when we walked into the yard they would pull up and act incredibly apologetic like sorry ma’am I had no idea it was you I would never please don’t stop stocking the food pile.

There was another little group of magpies in the park who would attack any solo pedestrian but never bothered anyone walking a dog or pushing a pram, because apparently those were identifiable traits indicating a non-threatening human. In the spirit of inquiry, I started going out of my way to be polite to the magpies - carefully walking a wide arc around them when they were on the ground, etc - and emitting an identifiable call of ‘hello birdie’ before swooping season started. 

I spent the next ten years crossing that park at least once a day and as long as I turned at the first flutter of wings and said ‘hello birdie’ to the magpie waiting to attack as soon as my back was turned, I was fine. Every time, the magpie would stare at me for a minute and then fly off to harass some other pedestrian because apparently the magpies and I, we were cool. 

Parrots are a lot less open to negotiation, and the little bastards travel in flocks. Beware the parrots.

We have choughs that kidnap fledgeling birds and recruit them to help care for their own chicks.

We have terrifying dinosaur-birds that are capable of kicking a human being to death.

I don’t know why everyone’s always going on about Australia’s snakes and spiders like they’re such a big thing. It’s our birds that are the real badasses.
