#SHUKUDAI3: “How does my muse dress in their everyday-life?”

In a word: layers. Aya loves the winter and all of the fashion that comes with it: dark burgundy colours, scarves, knitted jumpers, boots and layers, layers, layers. She just tends to pick and choose, get as much on as humanely possible (before the sleeves of her jacket get too tight). Winter is a good time to get out of the house and moving, so, wrapping up is an obvious must (and something she frequently does in her leisure time)! 

When it comes to colours, Aya loves nude colours and dark colours. And she likes mixing them. Creams and purples and dark greens and browns. Her clothes are generally block colours, with the occasional band t-shirt or quirky jumper. If Aya does wear any patterns they'll be bold and big (think black and white checkered designs or aztec prints), she's grown out of dainty design this year. You won't catch Aya without a scarf this winter, ever. Her coat is usually the 'statement piece', bold, eye catching, co-ordinating with her scarf. Even if it's just a five minute walk to the store she'll put on a massive scarf, usually cotton (since they're easier to wash). Matching scarves and coats are a subconscious habit?

Aya hasn't been totally into skirts as of late, or shorts for that matter. Jeggings, leggings, comfortable little gifts from above. She finds every excuse to pull on a pair.

It seems only logical to wear boots in winter -- why wouldn't you grab the opportunity? Aya has more boots than heels, and she's not ashamed to admit it. No uggs sis, just ankle boots with faux furr and a chunky heel. Good for walking.

Aya likes leather bags (those badass ones with studs), but she's lenient when it comes to the type of bag -- handbags, backpack, crossovers... They're all fine so long as she can fit her stuff in. Other accessories? Her tongue ring, any earrings (gold or silver, doesn't matter), and sunglasses to hide the eyes. Winter gets really bright too, so they do actually come in handy. And nail polish, of course. Dark and rich, just like the season.

It’s a Sunday afternoon and your character’s responsibilities are complete.  What does he/she do to relax for the rest of the day?

Aya hardly leaves her chosen vicinity on a Sunday, mostly due to timing: she wakes up at 3pm usually, when half of the day has been done and dusted, put to rest. After waking up she permits herself to work, maybe pop out to grab some lunch (only to then hurry back home to do a little more work). Social media even gets a lack of loving on a Sunday. It's not even a day of rest... More like a day of intense focus.

So on an afternoon where Aya has no work or responsibilities... She's slightly disoriented. Slightly selfish too, seeing as she wants to cherish the little alone time she has, well, alone. Usually there's some sort of folder to organise or something but... When it's all done she's very confused for a couple of hours.

Shopping is a given! This is her first choice, forever and always, to hit the stores and try on clothes, buy things. She can spend hours in the mall, from morning to evening but... Aya hates not giving herself enough time when it comes to browsing. Half a day usually won't suffice and she knows this, so sometimes she doesn't follow her instinct to hit the shops without thinking.

She drags her butt out of bed and settles in front of the TV, flicking through channels. A couple of shows catch her eye and sustain her for a while (normally about an hour). She lays down on the hard wood floor cushioned by duvets and blankets and laughs to herself, clutches her stomach and really laughs. When it gets to the boring dramas she switches her activity to gaming, spends a few minutes on the xbox accommodating a rare intense side. Depends on how much time she actually has, because often laziness and sitting in one place becomes boring, initiating an impromptu trip to the gym or stroll in the park.
