the entire reason i got this fucking bad and moved in with my parents was because i remembered every bit of my trauma and realized all of my issues all at once, couldnt handle it at all, couldnt stop being terrified so so so badly that i messed everything up and couldnt bring myself to interact with anyone no matter how hard i tried, and wanted to have the resources to get better so i could finally be a good friend to everyone i love

instead tonight i had to wrench the knife my drunk mom was holding up to her own throat as she was about to ‘punish my stepdad’ out of her hands with my own and hold her arms in place and bawl and bawl as she among other things blamed him, lied she was sober and told us she’d buy more even if we found and threw out the alcohol she’d hid and as we all angrily screamed and screamed and screamed

im glad at least that i sprung into action and raced downstairs when i heard my stepdad scream “SORINA SORINA NO SORINA STOP” instead of freezing i barely thought at all i just went

i dont know what to do i want to go home but this is my home now im so tired i miss everyone so much i hate myself so much i want to fix everything i ruined i have nothing and i did it to myself

all i want to do all ive wanted to do is apologize over and over and over and over and over but id just feel like i was guilt tripping everyone i cant do a single thing without being convinced thats what im doing im so so so so so sick of being a burden of being difficult of only causing pain and of mattering so fucking little to people i just want to disappear

shes downstairs alone she passed out in the bathroom after vomiting all over it after drinking the entire bottle in one go so that we couldnt take it but then she woke up i heard her moving around doing something and then sobbing and then silence and my stepdad is asleep i want to check on her but im too scared of what i might find and im so tired
