It's only me or I feel like I eat actually normal amount of food. Ofc it's not true because i eat like 500-600 calories a day, BUT i ate whole plate of vegetables, i snacked on fruits and sometimes some quick mug Puddings and I don't really feel like I'm eating too little beacuse I eat something all the time!!
