This blog posts, reblogs, & interacts with nsfw, adult, 18+, dead dove, dark, & problematic content*
A majority of what I write, reblog, & interact with is nsfw but is generally not overly problematic, & if it is it will be stated outright & warnings will be given.
Minors, do not interact.
If a sfw post is liked or reblogged, that’s okay. I understand that people don’t always check before interacting with a post.
That being said, if a nsfw post is liked, reblogged, or replied to, or if I am followed, I will check the blog that interacted & if I can’t see a clear age indicator that states an age over 18, or if it’s a blank blog, I will block without hesitation.
*Problematic & dead dove content will have warnings if I post it, but reblogged content may not have these types of warnings. Please be careful & safe & curate your own online experience to your likes & comfort!
IF YOU FOLLOW THIS ACCOUNT OR INTERACT WITH NSFW, ADULT, 18+, DARK, AND/OR PROBLEMATIC CONTENT, YOU ARE STATING YOU ARE AN 18+ ADULT & THAT YOU CONSENT TO VIEWING AND/OR READING THIS CONTENT.

These will only be in written works like fanfiction & headcanons & will be following Tumblr’s guidelines.

Taboo, dark, & "gross" content & kinks
Problematic content in general
All of this content is for works of fiction & fantasy & is about fictional characters, it is not condoned or supported in any way when it comes to real life and/or real life people, & in real life, it will not be tolerated.
This content that will not be tolerated includes the sexualisation of characters that are a part of a live action series & are played by real life minors, regardless of the age of the character.
Characters that are underage & included in nsfw content will always be animated or drawn & will under no circumstances be connected to any underage real life people.
Most of the content I create, consume, & interact with is fairly tame in my opinion. For example, if it’s not specified otherwise, characters I personally write about are either canonically 18+ or are aged up. This isn’t always the case, so please check warnings & the blogs of those I reblog posts from, but a majority of the time, the content on this blog isn’t too problematic. Despite that, considering there are some posts with problematic & dark content, it’s still necessary to disclose that & to give warnings & explanations so everyone can stay safe, comfortable, & curate their own online experience even if that means unfollowing or blocking me.
This blog is strictly for fictional characters from anime, manga, & games etc. & will not involve any characters from live action media in any nsfw content. If a series has a live action & an animated or drawn version, any nsfw content on this blog is focused on the animated or drawn version.
Even if a character in a live action series etc. is an adult & is portrayed by an adult actor, they won't be involved in any content on this blog. It makes me uncomfortable to read or write about anyone & any character that's connected to a real life person, hence why I don't include content about them on this blog. This doesn't mean I necessarily I think it's bad to write about real people, it just personally makes me uncomfortable & it's a personal preference to avoid that kind of content.
If you don’t like the content I create, consume, post, or interact with, do not interact with me or my blog. Block & move on. Don’t bother sending me hate, because all I will do is delete it & move on.

I’ve broken and started writing a Nishikimi fic and you know what? I think Kimi is the freak in that relationship. I’m a Weird Little Freak Kimi truther. That woman has something wrong with her the way that only appears in the wretched mix of Healthcare major and Monsterfucker. I bet she was so excited for Nishiki to be a ghoul because that girl ain’t right and is so into that both as someone who wanted to fuck a vampire and as a biologist. I think Kimi deserves to be a freak, let that woman be weird about it
I finally started reading the manga and there’s obviously a lot of differences from the anime and more detail but the funniest thing this manga has made me think of is my new biggest headcanon for nishiki and that is He’s Weird And Territorial With Men Specifically. Like yeah, it makes sense, he was raised by his sister and only knew men as threats and i think he just straight up never figured out how to socialize with them. He’s like one of those dogs that freaks out if there’s an unneutered male nearby, he’s fine with pretty much every woman we see but the moment a guy is within 20 feet of him he’s ready to kill. He’s so real for that
Okay I’m actually thinking so much about this because oh my god I can’t believe I didn’t notice before that Nishiki has problems with men and I have thoughts about it
The first time we see him in the manga is just a brief warning that he’ll be seen again. He’s in the store with kaneki buying coffee, makes a comment about a brand he likes, then leaves. This just establishes that this character exists, and that ghouls drink coffee, but he doesn’t seem immediately threatening to Kaneki so at first it seems like nothing
The next time we see him is when he catches Kazuo hunting and Kaneki in his territory, and immediately he’s violent. We don’t even see him before he punts Kazuo’s head off and chokes out kaneki. When kaneki insists he was only there on accident, Nishiki brings up a very specific comparison, in which a man is violent and dangerous towards a person he is protective over, to justify why he’s certain he needs to kill him
And while this is to establish the fact that ghouls have turf wars and Nishiki in particular is territorial, there’s a clear and obvious difference between how he reacts to other ghouls in his territory. Look at the difference between how he reacted to Ken and Kazuo, who were not threatening him
Vs how he reacts to touka, who is threatening him
Even when she threatens him, he just talks and makes verbal jabs at her, but he isn’t violent. Even when she attacks he doesn’t fight back. While you can make the argument it’s because he’s injured, we see him fight when he’s injured in other parts of the story, he just chooses not to here
The next time we see him is at the university when Hide is introducing him to Ken. Unbeknownst to him, they’ve already met during that turf war, and Nishiki immediately holds himself as threatening as he can possibly be towards Ken without hinting to Hide that there’s something going on. He’s making direct eye contact, he’s getting in his face, all of his body language is saying “you are in my territory again and I want you dead”
Then after a little while of walking with them, showing how he can blend in with humans, he attacks. He lured them somewhere where he can kick Hide into unconsciousness and toy with Ken, not because he has to, not because he’s defending anything, but because he feels the need to assert himself as stronger than him, both to Ken and to Himself. And Nishiki says this
At first I thought it was just an observation, but finally it clicked for me:
Nishiki is so threatened by Kaneki because he is a man he couldn’t immediately notice
He’s the only ghoul for quite some time who regularly acknowledges gender, and every time it’s either because he loves his girlfriend, or hates men. And why wouldn’t he?
Of the men we know he’s interacted with, we can only say for sure he’s had three types of interactions. There’s Human men, who he sees as little more than food, ghoul investigators who want him dead, and understands they can be dangerous to the women in his life. Ghoul men, who are dangerous to him and who he has to compete with for food. And lastly and most importantly, his sister’s manager. His sister’s manager, who after dating her, had her killed
It all makes sense, he was raised by his sister so she was his blueprint for how people act, then a man came into her life and had other men kill her. He didn’t have much in the way of friends and socialization, so when he went into the world, now alone and freshly traumatized, he needs to interact with men with his only experience with them being mortal danger that cost him his family. That, and there’s no doubt that men who see him as one of them will speak and act in ways that Nishiki, being raised around only a woman, would be repulsed by. So now when it comes to territory, while he knows female ghouls are dangerous as well, male ghouls look and act like the people that hurt his sister only with the power to hurt him, and he has a visceral reaction to them
It puts it into perspective why he acts the way he does with kaneki. When he was at the store he smelled a female ghoul and with his quick interaction he probably assumed kaneki wasn’t a man. Then, upon seeing him in the context of ghouls hunting in his territory, gave him more than a passing glance and to his horror, realized he was completely unaware of a threat man near him. It explains why he was so angry at Kaneki because he believes that he was hiding the danger he posed. It explains why the only person he let close to him for a long time was Kimi, because he can interact normally with women, but even human men like Hide he keeps at arms length
Then, after the fight with Kaneki and he’s left injured, it doesn’t get better for him. He’s almost eaten by a group of male ghouls, Kimi is kidnapped by Tsukiyama and he’s hurt even more, and it’s only after he’s completely at the mercy of Kaneki and touka and is allowed to live that he joins anteiku.
This is, as far as we know, the first time he’s made a real attempt to be a part of a community. Especially a community of ghouls which for him, having spent so much of his life neurotically avoidant or aggressive towards other ghouls, especially male ones, is a huge step for him. It’s especially interesting that it’s prompted by seeing Kimi, the only person he really cares about, being spared by Touka, who was a pest to him, and Kaneki, who he felt endangered by. After this he gets gradually better at interacting with them, but still retains signs of his old behavior. He only really relaxes when with Kimi, and he’s still on edge around Kaneki and the others, but seeing what’s happened to him before I can see why
