→ tag notes (for my sanity): to be classified as "furnished" there must be cohesion and purpose to the items within a room. kitchens with utensils, washing products, towels, etc, will be labelled "furnished" even if no actual furniture is present. things get murky in the case of appliances being present but nothing else, as in a kitchen having only a range and a fridge, or a laundry room having only a washer and dryer, so siding with technicality these rooms will be labelled "unfurnished." essentially, rooms must appear to be well-lived in to be labelled "furnished." homes in disrepair or of which are abandoned but have furniture scattered about will be therein considered "unfurnished." these two tags will only apply to homes. stores, classrooms, attractions (i.e. museums, aquariums), etc, will be void of a furnished or unfurnished distinction as they complicate things. additionally, "store" will mean any commercial property where one procures goods and services. this means restaurants and salons will be labelled "store," even if they are not technically considered stores for the sake of simplification. libraries will also be tagged "store" because you can still receive goods and services from them, even if they are not technically for purchase. if this doesn't make sense to you, talk to my lawyer.
