Austin Harrouff was a sophomore at Florida State University and a frat boy when his bizarre crime took place. He was an athlete and a body builder. The day the crime took place, Austin had gotten in a fight with his father at a restaurant and stormed out. He went to his mothers home first and chugged vegetable oil before returning to the restaurant. After he left his mothers home, she called the police because she was concerned by her sons erratic behavior. Agitated, he left the restaurant again and walked miles in the heat. He found himself at the home of John Stevens III and wife Michelle Mishcon who he did not know. He stabbed the couple to death with a knife and broken vodka bottle. A neighbor tried to stop the attack and Harrouff stabbed him as well. The man survived. After chewing the face and abdomen of John Stevens III, Harrouff drank chemicals that he found in the couples garage. The police arrived and found Austin Harrouff on top of John Stevens III chewing on him. They had a lot of trouble getting him off the body, and stated that Harrouff was “abnormally strong”. He was in a coma for nearly 2 weeks after the attack. Harrouff now sits in jail awaiting trial. He has recently attempted to apologize to the victims family, saying that the whole incident is a blur. He claims he was being chased by a demon named “Daniel”. Prior to his crime, Harrouff had been posting many odd YouTube videos to his account such as the one posted above.
