Shigaraki and Deku are surprisingly one of my most wholesome ships (at least how I chose to write them)

I view Deku as a sort of savior and stability for shigaraki where he can grow as a person and feel safe / stable. On the other hand I see shigaraki helping Deku be slightly more selfish (in a good way) and helping him learn to be more assertive.

They’re definitely both insanely protective of eachother and can’t stand to be away from eachother for even 2 seconds.
