Starting A Home Yoga Practice
Today I started my yoga practice. I was extremely overwhelmed by my day and people’s negativity. I didnt want to go to bed with any negativity so I took out my mat and started.
I first started with mediation, then continued with a yoga flow called Sun Salutation A and finally ending with meditation. I only did two rounds but will eventually work up to five rounds. During the first round I was a bit stiff but than loosen up by the second round.

Standing half forward
High Lunge

High Lung

With each pose I took five deep breath. The toughest pose was Chaturanga. I was only able to take two breaths but repeated this pose until I reach five. I did feel defeated but continued. You won't master all the poses at first but with consistency and grit you will succeed. So don't you dare think about giving in.
