New Moon- Sept 27, 2011
This is our first new moon of the fall/spring equinox. It brings with it a rush of energy necessary for creating change. You are being forced to prepare to finish the year by tackling unfinished business. That doesn’t mean there is a revolutionary new idea lurking that must be addressed. It does suggest that for the last 9 months you have been putting some thing off. Procrastination has ruled on some important issues and this full moon adds the energy for you to act on these unmet goals and ideals.
The power of this new moon also relates back to the last full moon. Many may still be dealing with the lingering effects of cleaning the closets of “old shoes”. This is the perfect time to bring about the necessary changes that task invited. It is now time to consider what to do to empower your life now that you have identified areas that need reviving.
Think about what is left unfinished in your life.
What New Year’s Resolutions have not been met?
What relationships need work? Remember relationships are not all romantic. Consider people you need to spend more quality time with on a more regular basis.
Are you taking time for you?
Devise a plan.
Make a list of steps to work to achieve your plan.
Set dates for completion and stick to them.
Post your plan so you can see it every morning and night. Carry a copy of it your pocket or on your desktop. View it OFTEN.
Follow your plan.
You need to be true to your higher self.
DO NOT accept excuses. You are true to your word when it comes to others and NOW is the time to be true to your self. Self confidence is built by being true to yourself.
Follow through increases your self confidence. Increased self confidence raises your vibration and higher vibrations increase your powers of attraction and success.
This new moon will force new beginnings. Planned or not, you will have choices to make. It may even seem like a trial by fire making the transition toward something new. Many will experience lots of little changes while others will see a singular new beginning that is life altering. For the next 6 weeks you will be given the power to face whatever arrives. The Universe likes change and it is coming fast and furious. Gear up and greet it with gusto and gratitude and remember,
“Out of darkness come light”.
