She took shallow breaths after taking down the hole, leaning against the wall to catch herself. Her body was so fragile.. ugh, she hated this. Standing straight, She looked over to the others, who were completely bewildered. Hearing Mahiru’s words she would sigh, “I would expect as much. I’m sure some of us must have been apart of this whole thing.” Trust was something she wasn’t good at..
"Everyone!" The silver haired woman would yell, getting everyone’s attention. "We can save our questions, and quarrels for later, first, we need to get out. So keep your focus on our objective. We keep quiet and and cautious. No risky moves to get the rest of us in danger. Understood?"
Everyone murmured a yes, or a slight nod. Some had to big of an ego, but she could tell they understood. Now, walking through the hole, she grabbed the large handle of the door, taking a deep breath. “Everyone ready?”
The redhead’s eyes scanned the pod cases to make sure everybody was up and near the door where Peko was. Her body still felt very sluggish and numb but somehow she was still able to move around how she normally would. After they escaped out of wherever they found themselves, she was going to rest somewhere until she fully recovers.
Her train of thought was halted with the sound of the swords woman”s voice speaking over all the others, like a leader. From looking at the breaths she was talking, she looked close to being worn out. Hopefully she didn’t push herself too much for the remainder of the escape. There were nods of agreement and everyone proceeded through the door as Pekoyama held it open for them. Mahiru waited to go last to make sure everyone went out. Her eyes began to fill with a bit more concern than they were originally with this situation they managed to get themselves into.
"Don’t push yourself too much, okay?" she said before disappearing through the door behind the others.
Waiting for everyone to get up and head out the door, her head and her thoughts trailed off. A lot of things were spinning, and even sometimes she would remember how she 'died'. It made her heart ache.
Hearing Koizumi's words, she would nod.Taking one last look at the room that cause so much sadness, and would close the door. Surprisingly enough, it went out to the island. And... it was empty, that slightly upbeat feeling was gone, along with the survivors. Taking a look at the others, she could tell they were all worn out, needing a break. Now walking in front of everyone, she would start to raise her voice again. "Alright, most of us are needing some time to rest. So lets all head inside, and maybe then we can find out what happened." She calmly stated, turning around to walk before a hand would grasp her sleeve. She turned. Saionji...?
"You better wait a moment! I don't care if we aren't dead or what! You still killed big sis Koizumi! Why should I listen to you?!" Peko stood silent, this was not what she needed right now. Saionji was mad, even though they were all here, alive, breathing! But Peko couldn't say anything, guilt taking over her thoughts.
Saionji's sudden outburst caused others to start arguing, some in tears for what they thought were their friends did to them.
