A new member to the Little Deities universe that I forgot to post a while back : > I don't have a name for him yet so for now it's "the haruspex". Jolly little guy that sends our hero on perilous monster hunting journeys only for the sake of knowing if it rains tomorrow or not.

Hi : > I'm back in China now~ currenty waiting on the last few things to be settled visa wise for things to be truly stable. Waiting with bated breath lol it has been such a long way just to get back home.

This year so far has been... pretty crazy. I don't know if it's worth sharing much of the details of what went on, but basically I had no choice but to suddenly leave my home country due to visa issues, and the misfortune of encountering difficult authorotative people in the process.

Though harsh, it was more a positive thing than I could have hoped for! Never would I be brave enough to wander off without a home to see the world. Many amazingly generous people helped me along the way, and I've seen a ton of inspiring things. Not to mention the abundance of stories encountered at every turn.

Maybe I'll get in to the fun bits in a random post one day : > About the beauty of Kota Kinabalu, the vibrance of Singapore, about the hidden little treasures of Taipei, and the incredible richness of Charente-Maritime.

But yea. I just felt like sharing. It has been a long winding road and there's alot to say, and I just don't know where else to say it I guess : >

Little Deities

This is a story about little gods that are born of our emotions. They symbolize our best and worst parts. Our determination to create things, our desire for love and romance, our health, our tendacies to decadance and many more, all take on colorful existances in our inner worlds.

The Poet

She is the deity of romance, dreams, imagination and creativity. Her past is long and winding, a colorful one to say the least. Carefree and unpredictable, at times even to her own detriment.

The poet cares little of what makes sense, choosing to live in the wondrous worlds dwelling in our imaginations. One could say she is on the pursuit of artistic beauty, one can also say this is all nothing but a desperate attempt at escape.

There's a portal in the forest which surrounds the Warlock's hamlet. It is a gateway to a great number of wonderful unknowns.

The Warlock ventures forth and braves the worlds behind this portal every day. But the Wizard, fearful of what is unknown, stays behind in the forest, coveting her collection of stars.

I see alot of questions regarding Franky's well being so as you can see here, he's living it up at my parents place. I recently got booted out of China (a story for another time) so he's staying with them for a while. He's now abit of a chonky boi and grew to be the chillest cat around!

Happy May 1st~! Had an overwhelming week so I had to vent in two doodles

Mandatory break day, went to Lili 黎里 on Saturday, the weather was amazing!
