Keto update
I started this thing called Keto where you aim to significantly reduce net carb intake and replace those with a high fat diet. I tried it last year but school got crazy. I slowly started to get into it about 12-15 days ago. The booze is hard to say no to, but instead of rum and cokes I get rum and diet cokes. I've been cutting out the beer significantly too (4+ drinks per outing to 0 to 1). Saying no to pasta and bread and ice cream is tough, though. But on the positive side of things I can eat as much cheese as my heart desires!
I could ramble about my modified eating habits for several more paragraphs, but cutting to the chase I'm down 7-10 pounds. I'll have to see where this takes me. There's hope!
