                               The goddess turns in her chair, eyes resting on the other quietly as she considers his words. Her cigarette smoking like an incense from her fingers, the smell of Tabaco in the air as she mulls over her answer. Millenia of memories being sifted through right there before his eyes. Eventually the goddess turns her back to him once again, leaning over her vanity a bit to fix her lipstick before her cigarette is returned between her lips, pale brows furrowed together. 

                               ❛❛ Not one I can recall. ❜❜ She says after a moment, pulling all her hair into a tight high ponytail. The tedious task of getting her jewelry for her horns on, pressing the gold end caps on. ❛❛ Though, I believe arrogance is part of the human experience. Think about it. Exaggerating one’s importance in this universe, pushing the border of self confidence. It’s made for some strong mages, stronger yet witches. This new generation almost scares me with their boldness. If I were not already albino, I’m sure they’d give me greys. Aion especially frets over the overconfident dears. So young, but already doing so much. ❜❜

                               She speaks with her own confidence, certain in her words as she sets the last ornament into her hair before standing. Not a care that he was in her room, after all, he knew where he was invited to be. Briefly she disappears into her closet, robe tossed onto her bed as she dresses before returning out, pulling a strap of her clothing back over her shoulder. ❛❛ And perhaps, to each other, they do mean the end of the world when they eventually die. But that’s all just my own speculation. I have never been mortal, so I do not understand their workings as intimately as someone who ascended to godhood. ❜❜

                                 The bedroom door creaking open for the second time so early in the morning catching her attention, watching the small child come waddling in, still uncertain on his paws before he’s pawing at her skirts, silently asking to be held. Stooping down to pick the tailed child up, resting Arctos on her hip as she looks him over, moving messy black hair out of his face. ❛❛ There was one human I can recall who was more than likely the least arrogant woman I’d ever met. Poor thing didn’t survive long. Got ill and passed in the winters. But perhaps, she only shines so brightly in my memories because she did not live long enough to pull the wool from over my eyes. ❜❜

                               They hum as they go about their work, faintly bouncing from side to side. Heels clicking against the floor as they step from side to side. They certainly seem to be enjoying themself, watching the chemicals mix as they dance lightly in place. The sound of a heavy guitar filtering out from their headphones as what must be a deafening volume, practically blowing out their own ear drums. Their hand tapping against their thigh quietly, drumming against their coat.

                                ❛❛ ...Suki suki Daisuki... ❜❜ They quietly murmur to themself, hissing a bit as a hip clunks from the movement. Quickly they adjust how they stand, moving their leg a bit to test it before they return to watch the chemicals mix. The feeling of something being behind them causing them to turn, half jumping out of their skin when they actually spot someone behind them.
