so i’m about to finish reply 1988 and every episode i become more emoticional. but something is bothering me, every comments that i see is about deok sun love story. I really really love jung hwan and choi taek, I watched every episode with my heart in my hands and always so divided between them.

But the show is so much more that this, so so much. It is so nostalgic, so good to watch that you wish you could live with them, in the neighborhood, be friends with them. We learn about the reality in married, about raise kids, friendship and family love. This drama is so complete, that you miss every single person, not just the protagonists.

Unfortunelly for some people, who are jung hwan stan, Deok Sun chose Taek, and it’s Jung Hwan fault, if he had been clean and sincere with his fellings, he would been with her.

me, as a person who loved choi taek as much as i loved jung hwan, i could be happy with anyone she chose, but is annoying to see you guys just talking about this, this drama deserve so much more than just love story attention

This is it! We’ve made it to the end of RDG 6! What a ride over the past five years!

If you haven’t read this announcement from last week, I have decided that my next translation project will be Ice Shoes Glass Shoes, the RDG short story compilation. This will also be my last translation project as I’d like to dedicate more time to my own writing.

Due to it being made up of short stories, Ice Shoes Glass Shoes won’t be posted as regularly as I have posted RDG. I’m considering longer, monthly updates, but I haven’t decided that for sure. Keep an eye out for updates.
