“For like… ever?” Daisy teased, but then shook her head. She looked at him and bit her lip, thinking for a moment. “Wait. Are you being serious? Is something wrong over there? Or are you just being super dramatic like me?”
“Well..maybe not, I don’t know...I just feel so out of place here,” Toven admitted with a sigh “Maybe if I go out and meet more people I’ll be happier, you know?”
Ander smiled at Toven, shrugging his shoulders “Don’t ask me, Tove. I’m a firm believer of do and think later. You don’t have to know what you’re doing all the time.” He reached out, poking the blonde right in the middle of his forehead “It’ll tell you if you[re bothering me, don’t worry about that. Plus, just because you bother someone sometimes doesn’t mean they hate you or don’t want to be your friend. My cousin, Zee, literally has electrocuted me before, but she’s still my best friend.” He wrapped an arm around Toven as he cuddled against him “It’s all good, just chill.”
Toven nodded a bit and sighed “You’re such a great friend, Ander. I seriously think that I would be lost without you,” He admitted and kissed his cheek. “Do you want to...go up to my dorm..and..you know...do it?” He asked rather ungracefully. Something about how sweet Ander was, really turned Toven on.
Ander furrowed his brow “Defend your brother?” He didn’t understand fully. He shook his head in an understanding sort of way “No worries, I get it. We’ve all been there, but you can’t just cut and run. You shouldn’t just give up, Tove.”
Toven sighed “What should I do, Ander? I feel like I’m just making a fool of myself here,” He said softly “You’re like my only lose friend, and I still feel like I bother you sometimes,” Toven leaned on Ander and cuddled into his shoulder “Hold me for a bit?”
Ander went wide-eyed at Toven’s reaction, but what else had he really expected? He almost let him go, but he was at the door before Toven could even hope to be. “Tove, hey, wait.” He frowned, forehead creasing “It was before I knew you, to be fair. I’m sorry, I would’ve just felt guilty if I didn’t tell you.”
Toven stopped at the door and looked back at him, trying to process this whole situation. Back on Asgard, a lot of people “befriended” him only to get closer to Tyge, or Hakon, which is why Toven had such a reaction. “I’m sorry...I just...did you only want to talk to me to get close to Tyge?” He knew how stupid it sounded, but his insecurities prevailed again.
“Well, I don’t think you should sweat not being a great fighter. I’m not, but I can defend myself like a mother fucker.” He quirked a brow “Who is your roommate?” He inquired, frowning slightly “You seem to think a lot of people don’t like you, Tove.”
“I can...sort of defend myself, but I’ve got so much work to do before I become even slightly worthy to defend my brother,” Toven blushed a ton “I don’t know why I think like that...I’ve just never had any real friends before,”
“Who are your parents?”
“Thor Odinson and Jane Foster,”
“Asgard?” Pietro laughed, shaking his head. “i mean, i would even think about lowering the price if it were a cooler place like mars or whatever. but Asgard?”
“Hey, Asgard isn’t that bad. Well, yes it is, but it’s slightly better than being here,” Toven looked him over “How fast can you run anyway?”
“Well this is the first time I’ve heard something like this from a student here so you’ll have to excuse my shock. I mean your parent’s can’t be that bad can they?”
“They’re not bad so much as negligent.I never hear from them”
“Why are you leaving?”
“I’m unhappy here”
“I already told you. I won’t take you to places just because I’m fast. Not for free at least.”
“How much would I have to pay you to run me to Asgard?” Toven laughed.
“Cool so what do you feel like doing then? I mean we can drink if you want or just hang around.”
“Up to you! I’m okay with anything!”
“Do you want me to talk to Hakon for you?”
“If you really want to”
“And why do you sound sad about that?”
“I have nothing to go back to there either”
How would you describe your relationship with your parents and siblings?
I barely know my mother.My father and I really don’t ever talk.I love Tyge very, very much, and I want to make him proud of me. I really am glad that he seems to be enjoying himself in Midgard.I love Hakon very, very much as well. He always gives me great advice and helps me when I’m feeling incredibly anxious. I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like him, he’s the sweetest guy I know.
“Those things seem like fun and considering I’m kind of new here and i’m in process of making friends, I can join you so you’re not alone if you want?”
“That sounds great to me”
“What? Why? I thought you hated it in Asgard?”
“I do, but it’s not much better here. I am having an awful time adjusting”
