I could most certainly write a 10 page paper without AI and I *did* in college. If you care enough about a subject, if you are curious enough to keep learning and become knowledgeable about something, if you are PASSIONATE...then yes, you will find it in yourself.

(My 10 page research essay for my Ancient Roman History course on the Cult of Cybele and how mystery cults were extremely attractive in a cultural landscape where the predominant state religion was legalistic and cold, leaving many people hungry for an emotional connection to the divine. Which also paved the way for Christianity to gain a foothold in the Roman Empire. Fascinating stuff if you pay attention)
